QB, RB, OL – as expected; the Boyz will go into the season with 2 QB’s.
TE – Witten and Fasano, as expected are 1-2, but Tony Curtis came on strong to take the 3rd role.
FB – as expected, Polite is gone; Hoyte and Deon Anderson are the FB’s.
WR – The only mild surprise here was that Jerheme Urban, despite a strong camp, could not beat out Miles Austin or Sam Hurd or Patrick Crayton. He might still end up on the Boyz roster as a injury pickup or on the PS.
XK – The Hamburglar caught a hamstring at the wrong time. Looks like Folk will be the kicker and Grammatica will get an injury settlement and head elsewhere.
DL, LB, S, XP – as expected; Ellis is expected to be back and contributing soon.
CB – surprises here, and problems. Henry is healthy; Newman isn’t. And they just cut their #1 backup, 67-year-old Aaron Glenn. Joey Thomas, the only other experienced starter, also got the axe. So it’s the top two – and a whole bunch of who-dats.

Coaching: Looks like Jason Garrett has a good handle on play-calling. QB Coach Wade Wilson got popped for using steroids to rehab an old injury. He’ll serve a 5-week suspension, which won’t help Romo and the other QB’s a lot.
