Round 2 of our Mock Draft

#32 Miami selects QB Joe Flacco

Some think they'll stick with Beck but seeing that Parcells didn't draft Beck they'll add some competition at the QB position

#33 St Louis selects WR James Hardy

Marc Bulger will love throwing to this 6' 7" beast. Depending on how the team feels Orlando Paces recovery is coming they might go OT here instead.

#34 Atlanta selects QB Brian Brohm

No one moved up to grab him or Flacco making this a steal for ATL after grabbing the best DL (Dorsey) in the draft.

#35 Kansas City selects OT Sam Baker

With all four franchise QB's gone KC will take the best available player. In this case that is Sam Baker by a long shot

#36 New York Jets selects LB Jerod Mayo

Some people have him rated higher that Rivers and falls into Mangini's lap at 36.

#37 Atlanta selects LB Dan Connor

Some people feel Conner is a first round talent while others have slid him further down the board. If Atlanta has addressed its QB and DT situation Conner never makes it past their second pick this round.

#38 Baltimore selects OLB/DE Quentin Groves

BAL grabs an OLB that might replace Suggs if they can't come to terms.

#39 San Francisco selects WR Mario Manningham

San Francisco finally gets a playmaker at WR. Character issues have taken Mario out the first round but his big play ability will find him a home in the bay area.

#40 New Orleans selects LB Curtis Lofton

Def Def Def is what you'll see from NO this year. CB and LB have been filled.

#41 Buffalo Selects DE Lawrence Jackson

Lawrence Jackson fills a big need on a Buffalo team that has several holes on defense. Putting a player of Jackson’s caliber on the line will help their beleaguered secondary and give their linebackers a break in coverage.

#42 Denver selects RB Chris Johnson

Just seems to be the best back suited for the zone blocking scheme.

#43 Carolina selects DT Marcus Harrison

Carolina's Line needs a stud DT to push the pocket and allow Peppers and McGlover a chance of getting to the QB.

#44 Chicago selects RB Matt Forte

Bit of a reach but they don't want to miss out on a RB with Benson in question!!!

#45 Detroit selects RB Ray Rice

Detroit manages to score and underrated RB in the second round. Rice will be a great addition to the lions and will make them forget about the disaster that has been their backfield

#46 Cincinnati select WR Malcom Kelly

Slips to the 2nd but could be a major need if #85 sits out all year.

#47 Minnesota selects TE Dustin Keller

With Allen in the fold the team can look to the offensive side of the ball. I'm sure Minnesota will be happy to have Keller fall to them here.

#48 Atlanta selects OT Carl Nicks

Have you seen the ATL OT depth chart??? SCARY

#49 Philadelphia selects OT Anthony Collins

Collins could be seen as a bit of a reach however the eagles are never afraid to burn picks on linemen.

#50 Arizona selects OT Duane Brown

OL has been a need the last few years and the building process isn't complete yet.

#51 Washington selects WR/PR Eddie Royle

#52 Tampa Bay selects WR Andre Caldwell

Galloway is getting a bit long in the tooth about time for some youth. Caldwell is a nice pick up here.

#53 Pittsburgh selects DT Trevor Laws

Pittsburg is looking to pick up the best available DT.

#54 Tennessee selects WR Jordy Nelson

Tenn always seems to draft wr's early and they don't pan out of get hurt. At least they wait till the 2nd in 2008

#55 Seattle selects TE Fred Davis

While Seattle would have preferred Keller Davis is a heck of consolation prize.

#56 Green Bay selects CB Justin King

Harris and Woodson need some depth.

#57 Miami selects OG Chilio Rachal

Miami continues to build their line by adding a guard to put next to RT Long for the next 10 years.

#58 Jacksonville selects LB Erin Henderson

A defensive team is always looking for good depth to turn into starters in a year or two.

#59 Indianapolis selects OG Onil Cousins

Indianapolis manages to acquire a borderline first round talent all the way at the bottom of the 2nd.

#60 Green Bay selects TE John Carlson

Bubba's gone and Carlson seems to do everything well.

#61 Dallas selects CB Tracy Porter

Dalas gets packman insurance just in case the deal falls through or packman decideds he would rather go to make it rain

#62 New England selects OLB/DE Cliff Avril

6'3" 250+ is a dream OLB for the 3-4 and he's got SPEED!!!!

#63 New York Giants selects Xavier Abidid

The Giants are able to add more weapons to an already impressive defense. With Phillips covering center field and Xavier adding depth to the LB corp the Giants are going to be SCARY.
