By his actions of trading away his 2006 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 2007 1st and 2nd round picks fearsome has basically admitted that hecannot and did not drafta championshipcaliber team.

In addition, he hasessentially admitted that he cannot evaluate waiver wire talent in order to improve on his horrific veteran draft mistakes.

Fearsomemust think he is the owner of the NY Yankees or the Detroit Red Wings and can buy himself a championship team. Well fearsome you are no George Steinbrenner. You are not Mike Ilitch.

There are acouple of teams in this league that are going to teachyou a thing or two about how to win with honor and sportsmanship.

At leastthe rest of the leaguecanhope that once he loses this year and has no hope of improving his team due to these hopeless and desperate trades that he will orphan his team and we can get a real owner who knows what he/she is doing...

In fact, I bet fearsome has tried thisbankrupting approach in the past. In several of his posts he talks about experienced EFS owners and how thingshave always beendone at EFS, yet his team in thisleague appears to be his only team. The question is: doeshehave a habit of drafting loser teams, trading away the future prospects ofthe team, lose to smarter and betterfantasy owners and then abandon the team and move on? My bet is thathe has done this before...

In case you are in the dark and need a flashlight to see the whole picture, EFS is made up of 4 components, not just drafting. the otherthree are

2. trades, 3. free agent and PS/waiver bids, and 4. management to place the most productive players into the starting lineup every week based on matchups. No team at this moment has the high power WR, LB, DL, QB, and RBunits that Fearsome 4 has in lg 62. plus a good DB, OL, overall depth and K to boot. add the experience and skills of the owner and its a winning organization and soon to be a title to go with it.

fearsome what you fail to realize is that thereis playing bythe rules and then there is playingwithin the spirit of the rules. What you did was technically within the rules, but who really cares? You are not playing within the spirit of fair play and honest sportsmanship. You have totally abused this concept. You are playing this league like its a redraft league with no care for the long-term. You have ruined this experience for a lot of people in this league.

Anyof the teams in our league could have traded away all their marketable picks in the next two years if they wanted to but no team other than you did. Why is that? Because they play fair. They enjoy playing this game on a level playing field. You on the other hand are a dirty player with no sense of fair competition, period.

If you win this league and that is a big if, nobody is going to think you have superior skill at fantasy football. Quite the opposite, teams understand what you have done. Once you realized that you could not compete fairly, you traded away the future. They are going toknow that you got an unfair advantage by mortgaging the future. Who couldn't win by trading away all their marketable picks for the next 2 years?
