Would it be possible to have a feature such as this:

When you click on one of your roster player's name, among the info that is already there let there be an editable field (ala the "add a comment" ability of Excel) that you can type in info for that player?

Example: I click on Matt Birk and am able to type "signed 3 year deal w/ BAL" or "had knee surgery; may open season on PUP" or "team A wanted this guy via trade back in JAN".

It'd be nice to have somewhere that I can keep such info on my roster players other than the piles of notebook paper I have stacked on my desk. (plus I'm too lazy to keep an Excel spreadsheet format up-to-date on all my leagues)

Just a thought-

Interesting idea. It's up to Stan but from my opinion we're all dynasty leaguers here who should know this stuff OR know of the bunches of websites where we can look up this info quick. I'd assume you'd also want this option for players NOT on your roster, correct? Say...guys you were thinking of bidding on?

Stan's call. I'd rather implement a UFA/RFA/PS/Waivers "watch list" before this, which in itself is a low priority.

I think a compromise solution would be a team notepad where we can store information pertaining to the team. That would be more of a single file per owner rather then information per player. It would still allow for those types of notes regarding possible trades information, etc.

I agree that the watch list is more of a priority.

Sounds fine... I just know that with 4 EFS teams x 61 players per team, I do lose track of who's-doing-what-when-and-where from time to time despite that I consider myself to have an above average memory.

I do like the "notepad" idea if that would be simpler (more simple?)
