After a final-hour flurry downpour of trade activity, we arrive at week 11, with only UFA & waivers to patch up holes that you can't fill by your own roster/PS. i thought the playoff picture would be more clear after week 10, and besides Z, it's as muddled as ever...

Playoff elimination watch
Army of Darkness is 4 games out of the division lead, as well as the wild card spot. Beast and Sic Um are 4 games out of the division lead and 3 out of the wild card.

Free Sic Um wins of the week
Lost and Found seeks a much needed freebie trying to stay alive for the division and wild card; but WATCH OUT -- Sic Um hit 400 point territory recently and has upset a few teams of late.

A 3-way tie at 8-6 -- just as dramatic down the wire as last year when Rooting & i were tied with Liberty just behind. i come in HEAVILY injured at DB and LB. Hopefully my recent trades for Derrick Mason and Deshaun Polk will keep me afloat. Rooting Rebels leads me in ppg by 16 points, riding high on a 3 game winning streak, and 5 of his last 6, scoring 478 in week 10 led by Tiki and FIVE 30+ point players.

Legend @ Raven Maniacs
A loss for either of these teams probably sounds an exit from the playoff picture, especially for the Legend, who slipped in a few trades under the wire, losing a bunch of talent resigning himself to building for 2006; which surely means he'll lose, right?? If Raven can win his divisional games, he has a favorable non-divisional close against Thunderwolves and You Gotta Love It.

ZFactor @ W.S.D.M.
A win for Z almost clinches his division (with a loss from Raven). The #5PPG team, he comes in to week 11 relatively healthy and deep; combined with his record, makes him the Superbowl team-to-beat. W.S.D.M. comes in just as healthy, but not as deep at a couple positions like WR/TE, so hopefully he has no week-10-resulting surprises (aka McNabb out).

I don't really consider losing Collins and trading DeShon Polk when I still have Brunell (even though he didn't do alot this week) and at OLB where I have B Simmons, Sirmom and D Ware.

Yes it helps with the rebuilding but don't see it hurting my chances much this year.

Luckily this is one of the few leagues I haven't traded away all my picks :)

Love the reports though Rockey.

Summaries from week 11:

Playoff elimination watch
Army of Darkness, Beast and Sic Um have all been eliminated.

Free Sic Um wins of the week
Lost and Found won by over 100, keeping their playoff hopes alive. Lost and Found is still up for both the division and wildcard spots at 8-7.

I'm in yet another squeeker, this time a loss, as the packers couldn't score enough on MNF. My top 2 DE were shutout. Rams OL & defensive tacklers led the way for the Rebels highlighted by lawyer milloy and rich braham. He's now 9-6; i'm 8-7 on the outside peering in. (Liberty won with 518 points, taking the div lead.)

Legend @ Raven Maniacs
Raven won a low-scoring squeeker of his own, 356-346. Nick Collins came up big on MNF making up for poor OL & receivers. Legend OL accounted for over 40% of his total. He's now out of contention for the division, but still in the wildcard race. Raven is seed #7.

ZFactor @ W.S.D.M.
Z couldn't clinch the division this week, as not only Raven wins, but w.s.d.m. pulls off the upset in a 3rd squeeker in featured matchups, 475-465. Huge points scored in a game weak on RB where w.s.d.m. almost lost on a liewenski deactivation. z is still seed #1. w.s.d.m. is now seed #6.
