last we were told is that michael vick will never be aloud to be used in EFS...stan the man confirmed this even before vick went to jail...new members to EFS might not know this...so can someone confirm this....

That's bull****. We were told he would never play again in EFS. I asked last year when I saw a EFS owner bidding on him and no one responded.
I guess it helps to have inside info.

I cannot control what happened before I became the keeper of the admin. All I can tell you is that Vick is currently in the database and he is available for acquisition.
