Are we able to withdraw offers made to RFA/UFA players? I don't see it anywhere in the rule book. Thanks.

Once the offer is made through the website, no. If you made one in your head, yes.

NFL teams have the option to withdraw offers to free agents. If EFS's goal is to emulate the NFL, we should have the same, correct?

Well, it's tough to simulate that. In EFS, if you want to withdraw an offer, you stop bidding... Not sure if i'd want "withdrawn offers" here. I'd need to hear more opinions from others.

The only scenario where I can see it to be helpful is if you place a bid on a UFA/RFA and before that bid locks, news comes out of the NFL that this player has been released/suspended/moved positions/passes away/etc. If you could then withdraw the offer before it locks, then you are OK.

As much as I think I like the idea, I can see it being a complete mess to code...

Every time someone places a bid, it resets the clock. If an owner can withdraw his bid before it locks, he can bid withdraw, bid withdraw, bid withdraw and play keep away with a player that he does not want, but wants to prevent another owner from getting. Allowing him to do that with no risk is just inviting problems.

I like the you bid you buy. No whining in EFS even when moments after you bid, the player dies, or goes Ricky Williams on you.

Guess it's a good thing I only bid .350 for him. Won't hurt me too much when I drop him.
