Is the scoring for the Thursday game going to update today, or do we have to wait until Monday morning to see any scoring?

What's the rule of thumb for timing on scoring being posted after a day's games complete?

Generally last year, thursday game fantasy scoring didn't reflect on efs until saturday or sunday morning (can't remember which). Sunday action generally was updated in efs by late Sunday night (1-to-2am eastern) if not early monday morning. Monday night action about the same as sunday being late that night or the next morning. For opening weekend, there are 2 monday night games back-to-back, so i expect final scores not ready until Tuesday morning.

But Stan and Jason would have a better idea than i.

Normally we would run it on the next day but we are going to wait until the weekly run this week as we are evaluating all the scoring for the first week.

When are we going to go to live scoring? That is the only thing holding EFS back from dominating the entire FF market. I know its expensive but is their any posibility of this in the future? I know you've had discussions about this in the past.

Just curious...

personally i would rather EFS not spend the money on live scoring - i dont think it's a must have at all. but thats just my opinion.....

i don't think FF live scoring will happen until fantasy baseball is done. With that in mind, 2011 would be the earliest. Cost of live scoring is the #1 issue.

I'm not sure that live scoring is holding us back in relation to our dynasty product. I think if we supported a simpler, redraft product, then it'd be of more importance.

One of the my favorite things about this league is the time I spend pouring over the gamebooks and my excel spreadsheet Sunday evenings to add up the scores. I don't need live scoring. But I really would like to see a scoreboard that looked like this:

Week 1
Team A 379
Team B 404

Team C 399
Team D 345

I think what you are looking for is under weekly points.

Choose All from the team list then choose your week and year. This list all games and scores for that week broken down by game.

Once week 1 games are done, you'll see a "weekly games" option that basically calls "weekly points" and shows all games for that week.

However, in efs 2.0, you'll be treated to a scoreboard with easy access that'll look something like what you have (except it might be all horizontal).

So is this week some exception? It's pretty frustrating to have delayed updates on this. I'm one of those guys that doesn't have a lot of time to figure out the scores myself, and I'd like to see what's up so I can act if there's PS considerations or free agent bids to consider.

Typically, scoring is in by around now. Judging by the "Jeff Reed scored -198" post, i assume scoring is in by now.
