Dumb question about purchasing a team

I am interested in buying one of the orphan teams. However, on the payments page I could not find a space to enter the country I live in.
Does this mean that international users are generally not accepted, or should I just ignore this issue?

I don't know why you are having a problem. Post here and I will look at it. We run the site on GMT/UTC because we support owners from any country in the world and have the specs to prove it.
