I was supposed to do this in January and announce the rule change, but as we know I'm slow and ride the short bus!

EFS (read non-custom here) will be matching the NFL salary cap ONE YEAR REMOVED. In other words, we will take the NFL salary cap into our system the year AFTER it has been in effect in the NFL. So for 2007-2008 the salary cap will be raised to 102M. I will do this tonight.

That's B.S. If I would've known this earlier, I could've upped a couple bids on players that I really wanted in RFA. WTF...................... Just kidding around. Sounds good

Just curious as to if we are going to be raising the prices for rookie salaries to match the rising salary cap. Don't know if I really like the idea of matching EFS and NFL salary caps. That would mean that next season the CAP will be 109 million. And the year after that its projected to be 116 million.

I think this is a great idea, makes it much more realistic. Good job!
