3.1 BroncoFan - John Beck (B) : Here we go again with BroncoFan taking all the QBs! Leave some for us!!! In all seriousness, it was a good pick that should be the future for Dolphin fans for a while.
3.2 CSWS - Anthony Gonzalex (B): Brandon Stokely in the mold, on a good offense. Should be a good 14-15pt producer for years to come.
3.3 Timid Mooose - Michael Griffith (B): Good pick, I am just a little hesitant with that Longhorn defensive backs since Huff didn't quite live up to expectations last year. Given Hope already holds down SS, Griffith is expected to start at corner (based on Fishers comments), so production may be 1-2 years away. Good pick though - should be an upcomer.
3.4 Dark Dragons - Olsen (A): Really like this pick. Inevitably will start behind Clark next year, but will take over as starter by the end of the year. Once Rex is let go next year after his contract is up, Olsen will become a Shockeylike player.
3.5 J2B - Chris Henry (B+): Ok, I am going back and forth on this one, I do like his physical capabilities, but his tremendous lack of experience scares me. That said, Fisher says he is the man and I am most certainly not convinced L. White will last long in the NFL - so maybe a great pick. Good pick at this point though.
3.6 Aces Full - Craig Davis (B+) - Like this pick especially fills a need for Aces full. He should start contributing in the back half of 2007 and become a good second WR to Vincent Jackson for the Chargers in years to come.
3.7 J2B - Eric Weddle (B) - Better be good considering how much the Chargers gave up for him. I think he will contribute immediately, the only question is how much. Some concerns with physical capability, but fills a gap immediately for the Chargers.
3.8 J2B - Tim Crowder (B) - See my comments on Jarvis Moss. Biggest concern is the amount of DLmen cycling through a game. Unless Moss moves to LB, Crowder shares time with Moss, Dumervil, and other current starters.
3.9 TD - Michael Bush (B+) - Great pick at this point. Clearly could have been a 1st rounder if not injured. The only issue is when will he begin playing behind L. Jordan and newly acquired D. Rhodes. Good pick though.
3.10 Timid Moose - Sidney Rice (A-) - Reminds me of D. Jarrett where he catches everything. I watched this guy play for a couple years and was very impressed with his catches. Only concern is lack of experience. Will be 1-2 years before production.
3.11 Bay Dawgs - Aaron Ross (B+) - Reminds me of Tye Hill or Antonio Cromartie. Great athletism, but will need some time in the league before he contributes to the level of a starter.
3.12 BayDawgs - Tony Hunt (B-) - Between Westbrook and the rest of RB stable at the Eagles, I think this pick is a good move to develop for the future. Don't expect production in the near term.
Conclusions: Well, very much of the same. Alot of good talent for production in 1-2 years. Timid and Dark Dragons walk away with the best picks of this round.
