4.1 Creeping Death - Steve Smith -(A-) A decent pick to start of the round. Fills a need. I actually wanted my beloved Chargers to take Smith but I'm okay with their selection of Davis. Toomer turns 33 this season and has been slowing down so Smith could see some decent playing time soon.

4.2 Timid Moose(Via Cant Stop Wont Stop) -(B-) Anthony Waters(NOT wALTERS): Waters has got some potential to be good down the road. Unfortuneately you'll have to wait until at least his third season till he gets enough playing time to warrant a fantasy start. ILB is pretty crowded in SD right now with Cooper and Wilhelm starting, and Dobbins, Waters, and Siler all competing to get playing time. I actually like Siler a little more than I do Waters, but AJ Smith knows his stuff.

4.3 Foster Stripes - Darrelle Revis -(B+) Revis has the potential to be a shutdown corner in the NFL. Could also return punts so that adds to his value. A much better pick than adding Leon Hall in round 2. Although DB is getting a little crowded on this team. I give a B+ instead of an A because CB's can be a crapshoot in fantasy football.

4.4 Total Domination - Buster Davis -(B) After Arizona's switch to the 3-4, ILB became a need for them. I like this pick as Davis should eventually land one of those starting ILB spots. Don't think he'll ever be great, but could be a spot fantsay starter.

4.5 Total Domination - Tony Ugoh -(B) A great pick if you can be patient and afford to wait a while. There could be an injury that puts him in the starting lineup of one of the best offenses, but most likely it'll take time to be rewarded. The heir apparent to Tarik Glenn. Only problem is by the time he gets the starting gig, Harrison will most likely be gone and Colts could no longer be in the top 2 offenses, but as long as Mannings still there they should still be top 5-6.

4.6 Aces Full - Levi Brown -(B) The Cardinals should be a very potent offensive team this season. The Cardinals didn't draft him this high to sit on the bench. The improved Oline play should put Arizona as one of the higher scoring Offenses in the NFL.

4.7 BayDawgs - Kenny Irons -(B+) Could provide Chris Perry like production for a couple of years, and be groomed to be the started once Rudi starts to slow down.

4.8 BayDawgs - Victor Abiamiri -(C+) The Eagles are obsessed with their Dline. Don't know when Abiamiri will get enough playing time to warrant a fantasy start. He'll compete against Trent Cole, Kearse, Darren Howard, Juqua Thomas, and McDougle for playing time. Team really should have improved WR at some point in the draft.

4.9 BroncoFan1407 - Charles Johnson-(B) BroncoFAn definetly needed some DL help. I think the Panthers got great value for this guy. He'll have to wait for Rucker to slow down but I like this guys potential to contribute in a year or two.

4.10 BayDawgs - LaMarr Woodley -(A) I think Woodley is great value at this point in the draft. Only problem is that he won't be an every down LB in the 3-4 untill he becomes more well rounded. But the potential is definetly there.

4.11 Foster Stripes - Quentin Moses -(B-) I actually think Moses will be a bust in the NFL but he will have his chances to get playing time on the Raiders. Worth a flier this late in round 4.

4.12 Just2buff - Adam Carriker -(A, but a little biased) I was crossing my fingers he would fall this far. He will never be an elite Dlineman but he will start in St Louis from day 1. I was even considering taking this guy at 3.8 but thought it would be too much of a reach. He'll probably play both DT and DE. Wont be a great pass rusher but the guy is a lot faster than he gets credit for. He ran a 4.71 at his Pro Day which was better than Jamaal Anderson and pretty close to Gaines Adams.
