1-1 Legend Picks.....
Calvin Johnson WR Detroit
Can't ask for more of a sure bet.
Roy just got stronger.

Adrian Peterson RB Minnesota
Great pick up here. Adds to an already strong RB Group with Shawn Alexander, Edgerrin James, & Warrick Dunn. Could have really used Calvin Johnson.

Marshawn Lynch RB Buffalo
Filled a need here with some RB depth. Lynch should carry the ball from day one. He has the ability to be a very good starter but might not be the elite back some make him out to be.

Patrick Willis LB San Francisco
Lethal Injection goes LB 2 years in a row, selecting AJ Hawk last year. Lethal Injection is building a solid foundation at LB. He will be strong there for years to come. Could have also gone QB with Alex Smith & first year starter Brodie Croyle being his only QB's.

Anthony Gonzalaz WR Indianapolis
Suprise pick of the draft to this point. Probably best suited to be a #2 or #3 wideout. He'll never be a star but will be a valuable contributor. Will probably end up being better than Stokley, but I think this was our drafts first reach.

Brady Quinn QB Cleveland
Got his guy. Much needed having only Mark Brunell, and Ron Mexico on the roster. The total package who has everything you look for in a signal caller. A potential franchise quarterback in the mold of Carson Palmer.

Jamarcus Russell QB Oakland
Finally he is off the board. Merry Christmas Todd. Adds to an already good group of QB's that include Manning & McNair. Russell could be the type of guy you can build a team around if he fulfills his vast potential. We will see. Great value at 1-7

Robert Meachem WR New Orleans
Adds to a good group of young wideouts in the making. He's somewhat of a finesse player who has the physical tools you look for. May be similar to another former Vol Donte Stallworth. Could have also gone DL or DB.

Jamaal Anderson DE Atlanta
Second Defensive player off the board. A bit of a suprise with Gaines Adams on the board. Will be the starter from day 1. Has all of the tools to be a franchise DL. Fills a definate need, but a bit of a reach probably could have got him with his 1-13 pick.

Laron Landry DB Redskins
Excellent pick here. By far the best DB on the board. Very good first round so far getting Russell and Landry. Landry will start immediately. Lets hope Sean Taylor doesn't rub off on him.

Paul Posluszny LB Buffalo
Will be a starter from day one. Somewhat of a poor-man's A.J. Hawk who is not quite as physically impressive but makes up for what he lacks in measurables with premier intangibles and instincts. Now T-Backs only 15 LB's on his roster. Nice.

Dwayne Bowe WR Kansas City
In my opinion the best offensive player left on the board. He has a great opportunity in Kansas City with Eddie Kennison & Sammie Parker being the incumbants. Will fit in nicely for the Wrecking Crew with an already good WR corp in A. Boldin, L. Evans, & C. Chambers. Was also thinking Lawrence Timmons here.
