Hello,
For the last 20 minutes I have been trying to make a sub for my team. This is for League 12, OID 131, team Hegemon. The Minn v Ariz game does not kick off until 7:15 central time and it is now 7PM. I am unable to replace the deactive Mike Gandy (AZ) for his replacement Jeremy Bridges (AZ). The site is very slow and timing out. When it does not time and the transaction goes through I am getting the following error incorrectly: Player's game has already started.(4555).
Note, the game is at least 15 minutes from kick off still. Please let me know if this will be fixed.

I realize I posted this on the wrong board. however, I still need help with this. I haven't seen or heard anything as of yet.
Can I get a reply here?
Thanks.

Jason,
Have you had an opportunity to review this?
We are unable to validate the error so we are not changing the lineup.

What type of validation do you need? I have a time stamped e-mail (to the league) and a post on your message board outlining the system error. Is it possible the semi outage on your site at that time caused it? What should I do? I sent an e-mail out to the league before hand with my intent as well. What proof will work?
This is really dissapointing. BTW-- This has NO impact on my win or loss. I just want my lineup correct.

Jason,
This is absurd. I realize I probably posted this in the wrong spot but we're heading towards a week without any real validation. I think it's a pretty strong case that something is wrong and I am correct here. Are there audit logs of when users tried to submit a querty to enter a roster? If so, it should show multiple times before the game kicked off that I tried to make this change.
In addition, I posted on this message board AND sent a verification league wide e-mail before hand stating what I wanted to have done to my lineup. It had no impact on the game, my season, anything, I just want the system to work. EFS site was up and down during this entire time. I mean to have production servers down during a sunday of games???
I have no problem with the issues. I do have a problem with the really slow feedback and no detail or even acting like you care enough to fix the problem. Please understand, I am not coming from a good place on this one. I had a punter scoring error in a league last year NEVER get fixed. It was easily called out and multiple people pointed out the problem but we never even got as much as a reply. I really like playing at EFS and have been a paying customer for quite a while now.... but every so often it's apparent there is no real process or care in handling customer issues
I'm sure I'll get a threatning "if you don't like it leave" response. I'd really like for you to take a look at this one.... I think if you do it will be quite obvious that I am correct and a fix should be applied.

Please read my posts below. This is really frustrating when I have an absolute real issue and have verification of it. Again, I'd like some more discussion around why I have not been helped on this. This is back to back years when a legitimate issue has not been worked on/with.
Last year--Rocca scoring error goest unfixed from (I believe) week 4 through the end of the season
This year-- I submit my lineup in plenty time for a Sunday night game and it errors out. There is a site down time around the same time and I get a "can't verify" one line reply. I have verification that I submitted the issue (two places) before the game.
It's been a ton of time to even get a reply. What's the process here to actually get help?
The question was previously addressed in this forum.

What a slap in the face reply. No detail, no questions, I have proof and asked what you couldn't verify.
Pretty much you better hope the site works when you need it to and/or no scoring error happens... if they do it's 50/50 at best to get help. Thanks again for nothing.
