ETERNAL RAMNATION
QB: M. Bulger, JP Losman, J. Russell, T. Edwards, J. McCown, C. Lemon
Grade: A-
Summary: M. Bulger is a solid starting QB who has potential for top 5 results. JP Losman is a nice back up who should continue to improve this year but still not ready to be a #1 QB every week. J. Russell will need time to develop in Oakland so fits nicely as a #3 for now. He could potential be a #2 by years end. The rest of QBs are just added depth in hopes one of them pans out. Overall, this is a nice set of QBs that should produce good numbers this year.
RB: W. McGahee, T. Jones, A. Green, J. Harrison, D. Wright
Grade: B-
Summary: I like McGahee this year in Baltimore. It is a definite improvement from Buffalo. T. Jones still seems like one of the most underrated backs in the game. I think he will produce good stats this year in NYJ. I am not that high on A. Green myself. I think he will be an average at best RB this year in Houston. He still fits perfectly as a #3 RB though as he can on any given week give you solid #2 stats. J. Harrison could steal carries form J. Lewis this year but hasn’t shown anything to this point to get excited about. D. Wright could end up stealing some carries this year in Buffalo, but will have to get by M. Lynch & A. Thomas before he has any real value. Overall, this RB corp. is solid and should provide adequate stats throughout the year. ER will need to avoid injuries though.
WR: T. Holt, M. Colston, R. Moss, D. Bennett, D. Jarrett, T. Copper, W. Reid
TE: D. Clark, R. McMichael
Grade: B+
Summary: T. Holt is solid. He is one of the more consistent WRs in the league year in and year out. He should provide another great year as a #1 WR. M. Colston burst onto the scene last year as a rookie and proved to be a pretty good WR. I do worry about a possible sophomore slump but I think in the NO offense he will still continue to produce solid stats. R. Moss is a big question mark as usual. He is a huge high risk/ reward guy. He could flake out again this year or he could have a great year. NE has never been a great place for WRs as they spread the ball around too much but NE has never has a WR of Moss’s caliber either. He fits perfectly as a #3 WR for now with high #2 potential. Bennett is a nice #4 who also is good insurance in case Holt was to go down. Both TEs are average at best but could be a good spot starter if need be throughout the year. I like D. Jarrett’s potential in Carolina if he gets a shot to start. The rest of guys are just added depth. Overall, I like top 3 guys as every week starters, but an injury to one of them could leave team struggling.
OL: Colts, Saints, Chargers, Rams, Bengals, Cowboys, Dolphins, Falcons
Grade: A+
Summary: Good mix of elite teams with good teams. Should produce overall good numbers.
DL: B. Thomas, M. Anderson, J. Abraham, J. Kearse, C. Jenkins, R. Hayward, T. Laboy
Grade: B+
Summary: B. Thomas puts up good stats for a DL; however he is actually more of a rush OLB. Will he stay at DL or be re-classified as LB in EFS? M. Anderson came on strong last year in a situational role in Chicago. With the possible trade of A. Brown looming, he could be pushed into a starting role this year. We will have to wait and see if that has a negative impact on his pass rushing stats as he will be less fresh than usual. J. Abraham is a great DE when healthy. If he can stay on the field he will put up great numbers. But that’s a big if. He just can’t seem to stay healthy these days. J. Kearse has been fighting injuries himself the last couple of years but he can also produce quality numbers if he stays healthy. C. Jenkins is a good spot start as he showed last year that he is capable of having good games when he took over for KGB. Hayward and Laboy add more decent depth. Overall, I think this DL corp. could have a great year providing everyone stays healthy.
LB: D. Ware, K. Morrison, B. James, K. Dansby, K. Ellison, E. Barton, D. Thornton, M. Lawson, J. Durant
Grade: B+
Summary: D. Ware is a potential stud in W. Phillips 3-4 defense in Dallas. The problem is he will require 15+ sacks in order to be Top 10 material. He just doesn’t produce enough tackles. Possibility is there though for a big season from him though and I currently expect one. K. Morrison is a nice young LB in Oakland that will continue to pile up tackles. He is a great #2 LB with #1 potential. B. James will never be a stud LB, but he is good for a solid 12-14ppg starting in the middle for Dallas. He was just signed to a long term contract not too long ago too so his starting role should be secured. K. Dansby has potential to be good; especially with a possible move to MLB in AZ. K. Ellison is a nice young up and coming LB in Buffalo. Last year he played well in relief of T. Spikes and should continue that trend this year. E. Barton was great last year, but will be pushed by D. Harris this year for his starting spot. M. Lawson will be lining up on the strong side so that will really hurt his fantasy potential. J. Durant is still a year or two away from being useful. Overall, it’s a nice 1-2 punch with Ware & Morrison, but need another reliable weekly starter still.
DB: B. Sanders, E. Coleman, W. Demps, D. Sharper, D. Smith, Y. Bell, R. Clark, A. Archuleta, S. Spencer, E. Wright
Grade: D
Summary: This is the weak point of ER’s teams. B. Sanders is a great DB when healthy, but he has a lot of injury concerns still. The rest of the DBs are average and none of them are quality every week starters. Most are spot starters. ER needs to add another starting DB through a trade or else hope someone steps up.
OVERALL GRADE: B+
SUMMARY: Overall a good team that will be a force in this division and should walk away with crown this year. One of the best overall teams in the league currently as well. Should be a tough team in the playoffs and has a shot to win whole thing. DB situation is what brought overall grade down otherwise would have been an A.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BAYDAWGS
QB: D. McNabb, B. Roethlisberger, J. Campbell
Grade: B+
Summary: D. McNabb has been an injury risk the last couple of years otherwise grade would have been higher. He is still a great QB who puts up good stats. Big Ben is a solid QB who puts up average stats. Good #2 QB, but would not want to rely on him to start every week. Campbell is young and a nice fit for a #3 right now. Overall, if QBs can stay healthy, should put up good stats this year.
RB: L. Johnson, C. Portis, J. Lewis, JJ Arrington, K. Irons, T. Hunt, D. Wynn
Grade: A-
Summary: LJ & Portis make for a great combination at RB providing Portis can return to form and KC can block for LJ. J. Lewis will fit nicely as a #3 RB who is good for a spot start. The rest of the RBs are just added depth and projects. Overall, with LJ and Portis as your starting RBs you are in good shape. If Portis can’t get right or if L. Betts starts to steal too many carries, it could get difficult here though.
WR: G. Jennings, R. Brown, J. Hill, C. Jackson, S. White, T. Wilson
TE: A. Gates, A. Crumpler, L. Smith
Grade: C-
Summary: Currently BD is very weak at WR and needs to add a starter. He will look for his TEs to carry him through the year. Gates is a stud. Crumpler & L. Smith are good. G. Jennings & R. Brown have potential if they can continue on some success they saw last year but they are not ready to be counted on every week at this point. Overall, this will be a huge weak spot this year for BD. Gates brings grade up too a C- for now.
OL: Colts, Saints, Chargers, Steelers, Bucs, Browns, Vikings
Grade: A-
Summary: Overall good starters, but not a lot behind that. Starters should provide great overall stats this year though.
DL: D. Freeney, K. Edwards, R. Coleman, V. Adeyanju, V. Abiamiri
Grade: D-
Summary: Freeney is the only legitimate player at this position and he has fallen so far from 2 years ago. Overall, team is very weak here and needs to find another DL badly.
LB: B. Urlacher, P. Willis, K. Wimbley, L. Hill, C. Crowder, V. Hobson, L. Woodley, A. Spencer, C. Thompson, S. Fujita, C. Gocong, C. Ingram
Grade: B
Summary: Urlacher is a beast. K. Wimbley is another one of those pass rushing OLB that don’t get a lot of tackles. If he can produce enough sacks this year he could make for a solid #2 LB. P. Willis is a great LB but in a bad situation fantasy wise. Should be able to produce decent stats though, but I don’t ever see him being a true stud in that defensive scheme. L. Hill plays SLB for Seattle so he will never put up great stats, but 12-14ppg is possible. C. Crowder is developing and should be able to be used in spot duty this year. The rest of the LBs are average or still too young to give any kind of significant help this year. A. Spencer and L. Woodley are good young prospects though. Overall, expect a solid year out of these LBs with Urlacher anchoring.
DB: R. Barber, R. Mathis, D. Hall, S. Schweigert, M. Doss, C. Rogers, J. Williams, G. Earl, A. Ross
Grade: C-
Summary: A lot of cornerbacks in this group that are being relied upon to start on a weekly basis. That can make for a very inconsistent year. R. Barber is the star of this group but he is getting up there in the years. R. Mathis is solid and should have some big weeks. The rest of these guys are decent, but not worthy of being every week starters. Just good depth.
OVERALL GRADE: C+
SUMMARY: WR, DL, & DB will be huge weaknesses for BayDawgs this year. QB and RB should be solid but injuries are a concern. If he remains healthy, he should be able to place 2nd in the division and compete for a possible playoff spot.

CEREBRALS
QB: P. Rivers, C. Pennington
Grade: B-
Summary: Rivers is still progressing, but not sure he will ever be an elite QB. I think he is a solid starting QB though who does have some weapons (LT, Gates). C. Pennington is a solid #2 QB for this year. He proved last year was healthy and turned in a pretty good year. How long he is the starter past this season remains to be seen, but for this year, should be pretty solid backup. Overall, Rivers should put up decent stats this year; I think 25-28ppg is likely and Pennington should serve as a nice backup. If there is an injury though, Cerebrals could be in huge trouble as he only has 2 QBs on the roster.
RB: R. Bush, C. Benson, B. Jacobs, R. Droughns, M. Bush, M. Robinson, A. Bradshaw
Grade: B
Summary: R. Bush should have a nice year. The added bonus of his WR ability offsets the amount of carries he gets. I think 20-25ppg is possible. C. Benson is a big high risk/ high reward guy. He could fall flat on his face this year but he could also have a huge year considering the offense he is in. I am leaning somewhere in the middle right now and think he should fit nicely as a #2 RB. B. Jacobs will be a nice #3. I would not want to rely on him to start every week as I just do not see him being there yet. The rest of depth is filled with young talent that is still a year or two away. I like M. Bush’s potential if he can recover form his injury. He could end up being a starting back by next year.
WR: V. Jackson, M. Bradley, Si. Moss, D. Williams, T. Ginn, M. Walker, P. Williams, J. Lee Higgins
TE: J. Shockey, T. Heap, H. Miller
Grade: D
Summary: Not a big fan of this group of guys. Will rely on TEs to score majority of points this year and that can be dangerous as they are just too inconsistent. Shockey and Heap are good, but H. Miller is really nothing more than adequate depth. WR corp. is young and not ready to be starters. V. Jackson has best potential for this year followed by Bradley and D. Williams. S. Moss will have a hard time finding the field and the rest of the guys are just too young still. T. Ginn is nothing more than a return man in my mind. I don’t believe he will ever turn into a good WR. He reminds me a lot of D. Howard. I think he is in for the same type of career. Overall, I think this unit needs a lot of help. There is not one go to WR on this team.
OL: Colts, Saints, Chargers, Rams, Eagles, Cowboys
Grade: A+
Summary: Overall great unit with good starters and good depth. He is one of the best in the league at this position.
DL: M. Williams, T. Warren, L. Castillo, T. Harris. E. Dumervil, B. Keisel, S. McClover
Grade: C-
Summary: Not a big fan of this group. I like M. Williams’s potential, but he is still unproven. T. Warren & L. Castillo are both 3-4 ends and that will make for a very inconsistent season out of these two. They would be a better fit as bye week fillers than as every week starters. T. Harris is a beast on the Bears DL, but he is a DT and that usually means bad things for EFS. I think he is another player that fits the role of spot starter. Dumervil showed last year that he has some potential but with all the DL men in Denver now, he may be rotated so much that it will hurt is fantasy impact. The rest of the guys are just depth. Overall, I think this group needs 1 or 2 more quality starters to become competitive on a week to week basis. M. Williams’s potential keeps grade a C- for now. There will be some weeks that Castillo and Warren produce giving this line up an edge, but on average they will be just that, average.
LB: Z. Thomas, A. Thomas, T. Howard, C. June, T. Davis, B. Davis, S. Tulloch
Grade: B-
Summary: Z. Thomas continues to thrive in that Miami defense. But will this be the year that he starts to decline? A. Thomas has a new home in NE and I think he will be all over the field. Don’t know if he will produce quite like he did in Baltimore but think he will put up good numbers. T. Howard is a nice young LB who should continue to improve. Don’t think he will ever be a stud, but will be a good #3 LB for this team. C. June changed teams as well but unlike Thomas, I think he will be significantly hurt by this. He is currently listed as the SLB for TB this year and the will = 12-14ppg. Solid for a #4 LB though. T. Davis is lining up on the strong side as well for Carolina. He will struggle to have a huge fantasy impact but 12ppg is likely. He makes for decent depth and a nice spot starter. B. Davis and S. Tulloch are both projects that will take time. Overall, if Z. Thomas continues to produce at an elite level and A. Thomas doesn’t drop too much from last year, I think this corp. will be ok. Needs to hope some of youth can step up to the next level though.
DB: C. Hope, T. McGee, C. Woodson, D. Robinson, M. Huff, R. Nelson, J. Allen, J. Joseph, A. Cromartie, D. Hester
Grade: C+
Summary: I like Hope and think he is a great #1 DB. T. McGee is a solid DB but does rely on returning to produce points. And don’t forget that N. Clements leaving for SF could have a negative impact on his defensive stats. Before people would challenge McGee as to stay away from Clements. Now there will be a young in-experienced corner on the other side that will most likely see all the action. D. Robinson & C. Woodson are solid but they are corners and are to inconsistent year in and year out. Huff, Nelson, and the other young guys all have potential to be solid players and make for ok depth right now. Overall, I see this DB corp. as slightly above average this year. Hope will anchor group and have a great year while McGee, Woodson perform decent as well but will need some youth to step up. If one of them do, bump this position up one grade.
OVERALL GRADE: C+
SUMMARY: Overall team has a lot of young guys with potential but not a lot of clear cut starters. Slightly above average right now until some of youth starts to develop. I currently see Cerebrals in 3rd place in this division with an outside shot at making playoffs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CREEPING DEATH
QB: J. Cutler, J. Delhomme, B. Johnson, A. Feeley, T. Rattay
Grade: C-
Summary: I like J. Cutler’s potential this year in Denver. He flashed a lot last year and should put up solid stats. I think 25ppg is possible but maybe closer to 22ppg. J. Delhomme will be on a short leash I think this year. With D. Carr in town Carolina will seriously consider benching him if he struggles for more than one game and they are losing. The rest of these QBs are not even worthy of being on a roster at this point. Graded C- cause of J. Cutler’s potential.
RB: L. Maroney, A. Peterson (Min), F. Taylor, L. Betts, A. Peterson (Chi), C. Dillon
Grade: B-
Summary: I like Maroney in NE now that he is the man. Will he handle the full load though? A. Peterson (Min) is the best back to come out in a lot of years, He landed in a RBBC role in Minnesota but think by mid way through the year he should be the feature back. He should be able to put up decent stats, but not great until Minnesota gets one help around him. F. Taylor is still a good back and will be a nice spot starter. L. Betts will make an ok spot starter as well but could be a lot more if Portis is not healthy. A. Peterson (Chi) could steal a lot of carries from Benson this year. If Benson gets injured, Peterson will become a lot more valuable. Overall, RB corp. is very young and will need to continue to get better. Maroney and Peterson are good building blocks for the future though. Graded B- based on potential of AP this year. If Betts becomes starter, grade will go up.
WR: D. Driver, M. Jones, E. Parker, D. Carter, E. Wilford, S. Smith (NYG), J. Avant
TE: Z. Miller
Grade: F+
Summary: This unit needs a lot of help. D. Driver is ok as a #1…but better suited for #2 role at this point in his career. M. Jones still has not shown that he can be a legitimate WR. The rest of this receiving corp. is average and none are worthy of being an every week starter. S. Smith (NYG) has potential if he can work himself in the starting lineup. Overall, this team needs some serious help at WR. Driver is only starting WR on this squad.
OL: Cardinals, Giants, Patriots, Seahawks, Broncos, Panthers
Grade: D
Summary: Unit needs help. Currently does not have 1 stud team to count on every week. There are mostly just average teams with not very good depth behind them.
DL: T. Suggs, G. Wistrom, A. Okoye, M. Roth, K. Udeze, R. Denney, J. Harrell
Grade: D
Summary: This group is not very good. T. Suggs is a stud, but behind him there are a bunch of depth players and no starters. This position needs a lot of help. It grades a D only because of Suggs.
LB: AJ Hawk, D. Brooks, T. Spikes, M. Vrabel, P. Lenon, L. Williams, H. Hillenmeyer
Grade: C+
Summary: I love Hawk. Brooks is a stud but old and he could start to decline significantly soon. T. Spikes is good but not sure if he will ever be what he once was. Vrabel is a solid LB. Lenon could put up good numbers this year in Detroit playing MLB. L. Williams could also put up good numbers if he finds the field. Hillenmeyer is not worth a roster spot. Overall, I think solid stats can be expected out of this group this year.
DB: M. Minter, A. Rolle, A. Smith, P. Watkins, R. Hill, C. Chavous, N. Vasher, M. McCree, R. Manning
Grade: F-
Summary: This unit is not good. There is nobody worthy of starting at all. Overall, this is a huge weakness that needs to be addressed.
OVERALL GRADE: D-
SUMMARY: This team needs a lot of work. Almost every position is in bad shape. Had 1st pick in this year draft and took AP. Although AP is great player, probably should have traded pick to acquire more pieces as there are multiple team’s needs that AP cannot fix. Have a couple of young pieces in areas that are good foundation for rebuilding this team. But team needs to put in the time and effort to do so. Will be last in division and will not sniff the playoffs. Most likely worst record in the league.

CENTRAL DIVISION
TOTAL DOMINATION
QB: C. Palmer, A. Smith, B. Croyle, D. Carr
Grade: A
Summary: C. Palmer is one of the elite QBs in the league. A. Smith is a nice up and coming young QB who should continue to improve with the added weapons around him. He will serve nicely as a #2 QB. B. Croyle should start this year but not expected to put up anything more than average stats, but perfect in a # 3 QB (emergency) role. D. Carr is a bit of a sleeper. In perfect situation to excel if he gets a chance to start. Overall, I think QB situation is in great shape.
RB: L. Tomlinson, S. Jackson, L. Washington, R. Dayne, C. Brown, G. Jones, A. Pittman, C. Perry
Grade: A+
Summary: Have two of the best backs in the league as starters. TD should win a lot of games with these guys by themselves. Depth is a bit of a concern with no current starter. L. Washington should suffice as a spot starter. R. Dayne could steal some carries this year from A. Green. He could become starter if Green goes down as well. C. Brown should return to the Titans this year and could still be a factor if he remains healthy. G. Jones will have to fight Taylor and MJD for playing time but could become valuable if either one goes down. Pittman is project player for the future. Could end up taking over for Deuce in a year if he leaves NO. C. Perry is a talented back who can’t stay healthy. Overall, this team has the best RB duo in the league. It could use another starter for depth though.
WR: C. Johnson (Cin), S. Smith (Car), L. Fitzgerald, J. Porter, R. Williams, J. Jones, L. Robinson
TE: T. Gonzalez
Grade: A+
Summary: CJ, SS, & Fitz are elite starters. Tony G as a #4 fits nicely. J. Porter could be solid if he regains his previous form of 2 years ago. R. Williams has talent and should be given the opportunity to start in Jax. J. Jones and L. Robinson are both project players for the future and shouldn’t have any real value this year. Overall, this corp. of WRs is great and is one of the best in the league.
OL: Chargers, Seahawks, Eagles, Patriots, Rams, Chiefs, Steelers, Redskins
Grade: A-
Summary: Nice group of great teams with some good teams. They should produce good numbers this year. Team could use one more elite offensive team to put line over the top.
DL: J. Peppers, J. Taylor, A. Schobel, O. Umenyiora, R. Edwards, T. Kelly
Grade: A+
Summary: Have four elite level starting DL men. R. Edwards is a young DL who will get his shot to start this year and could produce good numbers. T. Kelly is one of the better scoring DTs in the league, but he is a DT and cannot be counted on to score on a weekly basis. Overall, this team is set with 4 potential studs on the DL.
LB: K. Bulluck, S. Merriman, A. Pierce, W. Witherspoon, B. Scott, B. Moore, O. Thurman, M. Washington, S. Nicholas, J. Baldwin
Grade: A+
Summary: Best LB group in the league. Top 5 LBs are all #1 caliber LBs. B. Moore adds decent depth and can be used in a spot start if needed. O. Thurman is a great young LB that cannot seem to stay out of trouble to get on the field. M. Washington is a solid LB that could be used in a spot start. S. Nicholas is a project player that could get a chance to start this year at WLB for Atl do to the injury sustained by D. Williams. J. Baldwin is also a project player that has recently moved to MLB could have an impact as early as this year if P. Lenon falters. Overall, this group will win most match-ups every week against any team.
DB: A. Wilson, S. Jones, G. Wilson, T. Polamalu, A. Samuel, C. Gamble, K. Lewis, D. Darius, A. Rouse
Grade: A+
Summary: Top 4 DBs are all elite starters. A. Samuel is a great CB, but he is a CB so he can be inconsistent. C. Gamble is also another good CB that can put up great stats any given week. K. Lewis is a solid depth player that can be used in emergency situations. Darius is without a home currently but is a good DB that can produce if put in right situation. A. Rouse has the potential to be a starting quality DB in his first year as he will challenge M. Manuel for a starting gig and should win. Overall, this corp. is solid in all areas and should produce great numbers this year.
OVERALL GRADE: A+
SUMMARY: This team is set up from top to bottom to win it all this year. Easily the best team in the league right now on paper. Problem is it’s been this way the last couple of years and still can’t seem to win it all. Should win division and championship…but games have to be played and anything can happen.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BRONCOFAN1407
QB: T. Romo, B. Favre, S. McNair, J. Plummer, J. Harrington, D. Garrard, D. Stanton, J. Beck
Grade: C
Summary: T. Romo is still a big question mark to me. Started out last year good and then finished awful. If the T. Romo who played the first 5 games or so last year is the real Romo, then QB will be ok. Will the real Romo please stand up? I like Favre & McNair as a #2 and #3 QB this year. Not good for long term obviously. Plummer and Harrington should probably not be on a roster. Garrard is average at best if he gets a chance to start. Stanton and Beck are both projects for the future and can’t be counted on this year. Overall, QB corp. is average. If Romo can step it up this year, should do fine.
RB: S. Alexander, M. Jones-Drew, M. Lynch, D. McAllister, J. Jones, M. Bell, A. Thomas
Grade: B-
Summary: I like Alexander to put up good numbers this year, but it may be his last good year. MJD had a monster year last year but I do not see him repeating the same TD numbers. He has to still continue to split time with F. Taylor and will most likely lose a few goal line carries to G. Jones now that he is healthy. M. Lynch will split carries this year with A. Thomas and possibly D. Wright. He should put up ok numbers, but not a #1 or #2 back yet. D. McAllister should continue to put up solid numbers as he should continue to see the bulk of the carries in NO. J. Jones splitting carries with MBIII will continue to diminish his fantasy value. M. Bell could get a shot to produce this year if Henry goes down and A. Thomas is good insurance in case Lynch fails or gets hurt. Overall, this team has a lot of RB depth, however w/ exception of S. Alexander, all these RBs will share carries out of the backfield.
WR: T. Owens, J. Walker, S. Moss, D. Stallworth, C. Johnson (Det), B. Marshall, D. Hackett, M. Furrey, M. Booker
TE: T. Scheffler
Grade: A
Summary: T. Owens and J. Walker are both elite starting WRs. S. Moss is good but will be playing with a young QB that could hinder his stats. D. Stallworth is playing for NE where they like to spread ball around and he is #2 to R. Moss. I think he will fit nicely into a #4 role though. C. Johnson (Det) is a rookie and will have to get spun up quick but he is one of the best WR prospects we have ever seen. I like him to produce good numbers this year opposite R. Williams but not great numbers. Marshall has good potential and is also an insurance policy for J. Walker. Hackett should get a chance this year to start but not ready to be counted on to start just yet. Furrey and Booker are nothing more than depth players. T. Scheffler’s injury will seriously limit his production this year as well as D. Graham being on the roster there in Denver. Overall, good lineup that should produce quality numbers this year.
OL: Saints, Eagles, Seahawks, Patriots, Broncos, Cowboys, Lions, Redskins
Grade: A
Summary: Nice group of great teams with some good teams. They should produce good numbers this year.
DL: R. Mathis, T. Pryce, B. Berry, C. Okeafor, C. Kelsay, C. Johnson, D. Bazuin
Grade: C+
Summary: R. Mathis is a true #1, but behind him though, there is not a lot to get excited about. T. Pryce should still produce decent numbers and B. Berry could be great if he could stay healthy. C. Okeafor is playing more of an OLB role in AZ so that might actually help his stats as a DL. C. Kelsay is spot starter type player. C. Johnson is in line to take over the starting gig in Carolina most likely but is still just a project player right now. D. Bazuin is also a project player who could see his value increased if A. Brown gets traded. Overall, unit is just slightly above average anchored by R. Mathis. Team will need a few of these guys to step up this year in order to be effective.
LB: D. Ryans, L. Briggs, G. Hayes, A. Davis, A. Ayodele, L. Foote, S. Shanle, P. Tinoisamoa, L. Timmons, G. Wilkerson
Grade: B
Summary: D. Ryans is a stud. L. Briggs is great as well, but will he play this year? G. Hayes could lose stats this year as Dansby moves to inside. He should continue to produce solid numbers though. A. Davis is solid but might lose play time this year to 2nd year player L. Williams. Foote, Shanle, & Tinoisamoa are all bye week players and should not be counted on to start every week. Timmons is a project player fot the future. Wilkerson could put up some nice numbers in NY playing WLB but still nothing more than a bye week type of guy right now. Overall, this unit is solid but lacks good quality depth and with L. Briggs future in question right now it drops the grade to a B. If he plays, then grade would be A-.
DB: N. Clements, W. Harris, A. Henry, C. Griffin, D. Bly, L. Sheppard, A. Youboty
Grade: D-
Summary: Not one real standout player here on defense. Most of these players are all bye week type of guys. They might produce some big numbers in some weeks, but will not be very consistent form week to week. Need to add some quality starting caliber DBs to this squad.
OVERALL GRADE: B-
SUMMARY: If team can fill some need positions like DL and DB and if QB position plays well, then should compete for a playoff spot as well as 2nd place in the division. Overall good team, but has some glaring holes that will have to be addressed.

TIMID MOOSE
QB: D. Brees, M. Schaub, B. Quinn
Grade: A-
Summary: D. Brees lit it up last year and there is no reason to think he won’t do it again. With the added weapon of R. Meachem and R. Bush and M. Colston and year more experienced, we should see Brees have another great year. M. Schaub moves to Houston and should put up solid numbers in his first year with A. Johnson as a weapon. Don’t think he is quite ready to be a #1 QB, but he will fit nicely as a #2. B. Quinn is a nice fit as a #3 QB. He is not ready to play yet but has a lot of potential in Cleveland. With weapons like Edwards and Winslow he could blossom into a #2 QB by the end of the year. Overall, good mix of QBs that should produce some good numbers this year.
RB: J. Addai, R. Brown, T. Henry, L. Booker, M. Smith
Grade: A-
Summary: Nice young tandem of RBs with Addai and Brown. I expect Addai to have a great year in that Indy offense. R. Brown still has some question marks do to the offense around him but I believe the acquisition of T. Green will really help take some pressure off of him. C. Cameron will find a way to make him a threat as well. T. Henry should have a solid year running in Denver. He has a learning curve to adjust to though as he is a down hill type runner and Denver’s system requires you to make a cut, but I think he will adjust. L . Booker is a nice insurance policy for R. Brown and M. Smith is really a non-factor at this point with McGahee moving into town. Overall, this is a nice young corp. of RBs as starters and a solid #3 RB that can produce like a #1 on any given week.
WR: M. Harrison, L. Evans, H. Ward, B. Jones, J. Horn, S. Rice, D. Hagan
TE: O. Daniels
Grade: B+
Summary: Harrison is the most consistent WR year to year. And he showed no signs last year of slowing down. I expect another 1000yd, double digit TD season yet again. L. Evans has gotten better each year in the league all while playing in a bad offense. He might see a slight dip in his stats this year as the loss of McGahee might hurt them a bit. One thing to note is Buffalo’s defense to a big hit in the off-season and that could actually translate to more opportunities for L. Evans in the passing game as they will be behind a lot more. H. Ward is not an elite WR, but he is consistently good year in and year out. B. Jones is one of those 3rd year WRs that might break out this year. He showed flashes last year of what he is capable of and with a year under V. Young’s belt now, I see him only getting better. J. Horn is just about washed up but my surprise during a few games this year in Atl. S. Rice is a project WR right now and will not make an impact this year. D. Hagan is depth at this point, but could start this year and turn into a decent bye week filler. Overall, this team has a good starter trio with adequate depth anchored by the vet M. Harrison. Expect solid stats this year.
OL: Bengals, Cardinals, Steelers, Panthers, Cowboys, Packers, Vikings, Jets
Grade: C+
Summary: Not a lot of great offenses. Just average stats expected.
DL: M. Strahan, , J. Smith , A. Ogunleye, G. Adams, E. James, B. Fisher, W. Sapp
Grade: C+
Summary: M. Strahan should produce solid numbers this year if healthy. J. Smith will provide good starting numbers as well. A. Ogunleye will share time with M. Anderson as he rotates in an out. If A. Brown leaves via trade, expect his value to go up. G. Adams is a rookie with potential but wouldn’t want to rely on a rookie until you know what you got. E. James has talent if he can stay on the field, but injuries have been a problem. I would expect him to rotate in Min defense either way. B. Fisher and W. Sapp are decent bye week fillers if needed, but nothing more. Overall, this unit is slightly above average. If G. Adams can live up to his potential, then I would bump grade up slightly to a B.
LB: L. Tatupu, E. Sims, S. Phillips, B. Ruud, F. Keiaho, D. Morgan, D. Harris, B. Carpenter, C. Miller, A. Waters
Grade: B+
Summary: Tatupu, Sims, & Phillips are all great starting LBs. Ruud and Keiaho could come on strong this year due to great situations and become legitimate starters. D. Morgan is a walking example of how far we have come in the medical profession, but he is a great LB when on the field. Harris and carpenter are more project guys as both have guys ahead of them on the depth chart. C. Miller is nothing more than depth. A. Waters is a nice young LB that could see the field as early as this year in a starting role. SD middle linebackers are not the best and Waters has a shot to jump pass them. Overall, I like the team’s corp. of starting LBs and think they will provide great stats throughout the year.
DB: K. Rhodes, B. Dawkins, D. Landry, R. Harper, A. Winfield, J. Bullocks, D. Bullocks, M. Griffin
Grade: B+
Summary: Rhodes and Dawkins are both elite starting DBs. Landry and Harper are both young good DBs that should continue to improve while serving as nice #3 and #4 DBs. A. Winfield should serve as a good bye week starter. Josh and Daniel Bullocks are average emergency guys. M. Griffin is project player who has some potential. Overall, I like the setup of the starters and think it should produce good numbers this year. Depending on the progression of Landry and Harper, I think this corp. could actually be even better.
OVERALL GRADE: B
SUMMARY: Overall team is in good shape. It did a lot of rebuilding in the last year and the team has improved a lot. It could use an upgrade at OL and DL but pretty good otherwise. I would expect this team to compete for 2nd place in the division and make the playoffs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FOSTER STRIPES
QB: M. Hasselbeck, B. Leftwich, J. Garcia, A. Rodgers
Grade: C-
Summary: Hasselbeck should be a solid starting QB. Will not be a great QB he once was but still should put up solid numbers. B. Leftwich is an average QB whose job is in jeopardy. J. Garcia should be starter this year, but might be on short leash with C. Simms in the wings.. A. Rodgers is barely worth a roster spot at this point. Overall, I think this team could be in some serious trouble if Hasselbeck were to go down. Back up QBs are just average at best.
RB: E. James, W. Dunn, D. Foster, B. Jackson, D. Rhodes
Grade: C-
Summary: E. James might be a little underrated coming into this year based on last year’s performance but I expect him to put up a decent numbers with an improved offense this year. W. Dunn is on the back end of his career and will start to give way to J. Norwood so stats could reflect that. D. Foster is also just a place holder right now for D. Williams so can’t really count on starting him very often. B. Jackson is a nice young RB who will get every chance to be the starting back in GB this year. Not ready to be a starter just yet though. D. Rhodes will share carries with L. Jordan and eventually M. Bush. I don’t see D. Rhodes every being much more than a situational player either. Overall, this team needs some help at the RB position. Expect slightly below average stats this year out of this group. Team needs to find a legit starter somewhere.
WR: P. Burress, J. Galloway, T. Glenn, M. Muhammed, D. Henderson, D. Mason, M. Clayton, P. Crayton, C. Henry, J. Jones
TE: C. Cooley
Grade: C
Summary: There is no real go to WR in this group. P. Burress is a good WR but better off being a #2 or #3 rather than a #1. J. Galloway is getting old but should be able to produce solid #2 WR numbers. T. Glenn should be able to produce decent numbers opposite TO. M. Muhammed is at best a #4 WR. Henderson could have some value if he gets the starting role opposite Colston. D. Mason might be good for a spot start, but not an every week starter. If M. Clayton can regain his rookie year form then he has potential as well. P. Crayton is probably not worth being on a roster at this point. C. Henry will watch more games than he will participate in this year and J. Jones is a project player. C. Cooley can provide solid stats out of the TE position this year and will most likely be counted on weekly to start. Overall, I think this team is barely average. No real elite WR, just 2 or 3 good ones and a bunch of average ones.
OL: Bengals, Seahawks, Giants, Patriots, Cardinals, Panthers, Redskins
Grade: C
Summary: Not a lot of great offenses. Just average stats expected.
DL: J. Allen, D. White, P. Kerney, A. Smith, V. Holiday, M. Spears, J. Moss, Q. Moses
Grade: C-
Summary: Allen will anchor this unit and be a solid #1. D. White has potential to be a solid #2 in Detroit after showing what he could do last year in TB. P. Kerney should be a solid #3 maybe #2 in Seattle this year. A. Smith, V. Holiday, & M. Spears are nothing more than bye week fillers at this point an most likely will never be an every week starter. J. Moss and Q. Moses are nice young rookies that could develop into starters in time, but not this year. Overall, unit needs 1 more legit starter, otherwise they are just average.
LB: M. Peterson, D. Edwards, L. Fletcher, N. Barnett, K. Brooking, B. Simmons, I. Gold, S. Bradley, Q. Black
Grade: A
Summary: Great starters. Peterson, Edwards, Fletcher, and Barnett/ Brooking are all capable of putting up LB#1 numbers. B. Simmons and I. Gold add nice depth. Rookies Bradley and Black cannot be counted on this year. Overall great corp. of LBs. They should produce great stats this year.
DB: R. Marshall, C. McAllister, T. Law, G. Wesley, E. Wilson, S. Piscitelli, L. Hall, K. Simpson, D. Revis
Grade: D
Summary: Marshall and McAllister are solid CBs but can be inconsistent. Law is getting up there in age and is most likely a spot starter now versus an every week starter. Wesley is moving to the bench in KC and E. Wilson & K. Simpson are average at best. I like Piscitelli and think he has a chance to possibly produce this year. Hall and Revis might be a year or two away. Overall this unit could use some help. Team needs and elite starting DB to anchor this group.
OVERALL GRADE: C
SUMMARY: This team has some weak spots that need to be addressed. Probably needs to use its LB depth right now to pick some pieces up in other areas. Overall, this is just an average team that should be competitive. Unfortunately this team plays in a very tough division and will place last and miss playoffs because of it.

SOUTH DIVISION
CAN’T STOP WON’T STOP
QB: T. Brady, J. Kitna, T. Smith, K. Kolb
Grade: A-
Summary: T. Brady is a solid #1 QB who should proved good stats throughout the year. With new WRs in town he could see a slight jump from last years stats. J. Kitna is a solid #2 QB with potential for #1 numbers. T. Smith and K. Kolb are projects and will not have an impact this year. Overall, good starter and good back up. The team could use one more starting QB.
RB: B. Westbrook, W. Parker, D. Williams, K. Smith
Grade: A
Summary: Westbrook has injury concerns as usual but he is an elite back when he is on the field. W. Parker has proved that he is a legit #1 RB in this league over the past 2 years. D. Williams could be in-line to take over the starting role this year from D. Foster. He will split carries for time being though. K. Smith is just a project player. Overall, this teams top 2 RBs should provide a good 1-2 punch this year and D. Williams will be a nice #3 to fill in on bye weeks.
WR: R. Wayne, L. Coles, C. Chambers, R. Curry, I Bruce, W. Welker, A. Gonzalez, M. Stovall
TE: B. Patrick
Grade: B
Summary: R. Wayne is a legit #1. L. Coles should be solid as a #2 WR. C. Chambers has been a bust recently do to Miami’s offensive woes, but with the arrival of T. Green and C. Cameron, we could see Chambers bounce back a bit this year. R. Curry, I. Bruce, & W. Welker are spot starters at best right now. Gonzalez and Stovall are project players that could have a minor impact this year. Overall, I think WR corp. could use 1 more legit threat to be great.
OL: Colts, Saints, Bengals, Seahawks, Broncos, Steelers, Bears, Jaguars, Packers
Grade: A-
Summary: Overall, decent depth with a few elite starting offenses.
DL: W. Smith, L. Little, T. Cole, S. Rice, S. Ellis, J. Johnson, I. Alama-Francis
Grade: A-
Summary: Smith, Little, & Cole are all legit starting DL men. Rice is probably nothing more than a spot start at this point in his career. Ellis is decent depth. Johnson could make an impact this year taking over for A. Thomas but he is listed as a LB so he might get re-classified before season starts. Francis is a project player who is probably a year or 2 away from making an impact.
LB: J. Farrior, D. Smith, P. Posloszny, J. Trotter, O. Gaither, C. Greenway, A. Brooks, M. Greenwood, R. McIntosh, J. Porter, A. Hodge, R. Fowler
Grade: B-
Summary: Farrior should continue to produce LB #1 numbers again this year. D. Smith should be a solid #2 now that he is projected to start in the middle. P. Posloszny should turn it a pretty good player this year for Buffalo. If he starts in the middle he will be a nice #3 with #2 potential. Trotter and Gaither both should put up solid numbers this year. Expect Gaither to start at WLB and move to MLB in nickel situations which should help him produce LB #2 numbers. C. Greenway could have a big year starting at WLB in Min tampa-2 defense. It looks like he has recovered well from his ACL injury last year. A. Brooks has potential to have a great year as well starting at MLB for the Bengals. The question is will he start? If O. Thurman gets re-instated, he will press Brooks for the starting role. Either way, he will take snaps way during games and that will cut into his value. The rest of the LBs are just depth players. Overall, I think this LB group has a lot of potential this year, but not enough legit guys to give a higher grade.
DB: J. Phillips, D. Whitner, M. Lewis, K. Kennedy, S. Considine, M. Brown, I. Taylor, J. Page, B. Meriweather, N. Asomugha, G. Blue
Grade: C+
Summary: J. Phillips had a good year last year but he could be pushed by S. Piscitelli for his starting job this year. If he keeps job, I would expect similar numbers to last year which makes him a solid #1 back. D. Whitner should produce solid numbers, but do not think he is a #1 DB at this point. He might be a year away still. M. Lewis should post #2 DB numbers this year in SF as long as he remains the starter. K. Kennedy is a good DB that can be counted on for low #2 or high #3 DB numbers most weeks. Injured much of last year, he should bounce back. Considine has potential to be a solid bye week guy. M. Brown can be a stud, but can’t stay healthy. The rest of the guys are just added depth or project players. Page and Meriweather in particular could contribute this year. Overall, this is just a slightly above average lineup that will need a few guys to step up in order to be good. It could use a legit #1 DB.
OVERALL GRADE: A-
SUMMARY: Other than DB, this team is setup pretty well. If DBs can come together, I could see this team having a nice year. Should win division and compete for championship again this year.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JUST2BUFF
QB: E. Manning, M. Vick, R. Grossman, T. Jackson, K. Boller
Grade: B+
Summary: E. Manning is a solid QB but don’t think he will ever be an elite guy. M. Vick is not a great fantasy QB, but will serve as a solid #2. R. Grossman is a nice fit as a #3 QB at this point. Jackson is a young QB who will most likely struggle all year in that offense. Boller will have no impact. Overall, I think team will be ok with lineup it has currently, but I would not expect anything more than solid/good stats every week.
RB: MBIII, K. Jones, J. Norwood, L. Jordan, M. Turner, C. Henry, T. Bell, D. Davis
Grade: C+
Summary: MBIII will share carries with J. Jones, but should provide low end #2 RB numbers. K. Jones could be good if he can stay on the field, right now he will sit on IR to open the season it appears. Norwood will still share carries with Dunn in Atlanta but he should start to see his role increased. L. Jordan will share carries in Oakland with D. Rhodes and M. Bush and I would not expect great things out of that group. M. Turner is a next year type of guy. C. Henry is a rookie and will split carries with L. White. T. Bell could put up good numbers in Detroit if K. Jones misses a lot of time. Davis is almost worthless at this point. Overall, I don’t see a true #1 back on this team. A lot of backs who share carries or have injury concerns. Expect an average year out of this group until a true #1 emerges.
WR: A. Johnson, R. Williams, B. Edwards, B. Berrian, D. Branch, D. Bowe, M. Williams
TE: V. Davis, K. Winslow, B. Watson
Grade: A-
Summary: AJ and R. Williams are studs and should continue to produce like ones. B. Edwards should come into his own this year but his results will be based heavily on QB play there in Cleveland. Berrian is a solid spot starter who could have a big game but not an every week guy. Branch is a #3 or 4 quality WR at best. I don’t see him ever being able to post great stats. Bowe is a project for the future and M. Williams is a bust. V. Davis could emerge this year as a elite TE. K. Winslow, like Edwards, will be driven by how well his QB plays. I think he can put up solid numbers if QB plays well. Watson could have a nice year in NE now that they have some WR threats. Watson should see a lot of single coverage and that should make for a very good year. Overall, the AJ and R. Williams will carry this group this year and Edwards and Berrian should provide a couple of good games. Having a couple of good TEs to plug into starting line up also makes this group fairly strong.
OL: Saints, Chargers, Rams, Steelers, Cardinals, Falcons, Titans, Lions
Grade: B
Summary: A couple of elite teams and the rest or average. Should see above average production but I would not great unless team can add another elite team or two.
DL: A. Kampman, C. Grant, J. Anderson, A. Carter, C. Redding, A. Carriker, T. Crowder, B. Robison
Grade: B+
Summary: Kampman and Grant should provide #1 DL numbers this year. J. Anderson should start from day one as a rookie and should be able to produce decent stats in his first year. Don’t know if he is ready to be an every week starter though. A. Carter played well at the end of last season and should be able to carry that over into this year. Solid stats expected. Redding is nothing more than depth. Carriker will be lining up at DT and that will take away from his fantasy potential. Crowder will rotate with the other 50 DL men that Denver has and B. Robison is still a year or two away from having any kind of impact. Overall, Kampman and Grant keep rating high, but team could use another legitimate starting option in case J. Anderson is not ready.
LB: R. Lewis, J. Peterson, M. Wilhelm, M. Kiwanuka, D. Johnson, L. Johnson, T. Bruschi, N. Harris, S. Cooper
Grade: B-
Summary: R. Lewis and J. Peterson should provide good stats form week to week. M. Wilhelm is sitting in a prime spot to put up great numbers, but that remains to be seen at this point. Kiwanuka & D. Johnson are both lining up on the strong side so that will impact there fantasy stats. The rest of the guys are there for depth only. Overall, Lewis and Peterson keep grade from being average, but team needs to find another starting caliber LB. If Wilhelm steps up, then that will help.
DB: S. Taylor, R. Williams, E. Reed, K. Hamlin, N. Collins, C. Tillman, Q. Jammer, E. Weddle
Grade: B+
Summary: Taylor should produce good numbers this year, but probably will not be an elite starter as he is playing FS and the addition of Fletcher and Landry on defense will take away some of his stats. R. Williams was average last year but with the new defensive scheme in Dallas he should see a boost in his stats as he will be playing in the box more. E. Reed is FS and his production will be spotty. He will have some big weeks and also some zero weeks. K. Hamlin and N. Collins are both solid and should do well as #3 and 4 DBs. Tillman & Jammer are decent depth as they can do well on any give week. E. Weddle has a shot to start this year and produce. Overall, this corp. is good but not great.
OVERALL GRADE: B
SUMMARY: Overall, I expect J2B to place 2nd in the division but will need one of his RBs to step up and have a good year. He will fight BayDawgs for a possible playoff spot.

DARK DRAGONS
QB: M. Leinart, T. Green, C. Simms, D. Huard, D. Culpepper
Grade: C+
Summary: I think Leinart will take a step forward this year and become a good #1 QB. T. Green and C. Simms are average QBs at best. C. Simms will probably not start season as #1 either. Huard will most likely start season as backup but could produce if Croyle struggles or gets injured. D. Culpeper’s future is up in the air right now and team cannot count on any production from him this season. Overall, this team is average at QB with Leinart by far being the best one.
RB: R. Johnson, C. Williams, L. White, B. Leonard
Grade: C+
Summary: R. Johnson should provide solid stats this year but I think he is a low end #1 back now. C. Williams struggled last year a lot. It could be do to TB offensive struggles or he could just be an overrated back. I tend to lean more towards the offensive struggles but I even so, I do not see TB’s offense being much better this year. L. White will share carries with C. Henry this year and I personally don’t think White can be a great back with his work ethic. B. Leonard will not have much impact this year as he will just be a situational player for the Rams. Overall, I think this RB group needs some help. Rudi will produce good numbers but C. Williams I expect to be inconsistent all year. Avreage stats at best can be expected out of this group.
WR: T. Houshmandzadeh, J. Cothcery, M. Clayton, E. Kennison, K. Curtis, T. Williamson, N. Burleson, K. Walter, A. Allison
TE: E. Johnson, G. Olsen
Grade: D
Summary: TJ Houshmandzadeh will be a solid WR but I see him more as a #3 with #2 upside. J, Cothcery is a #3 type WR as well. M. Clayton should produce decent stats this year, but again more of a #3 or #4 WR. Kennison is average at best and is a spot start type player. K. Curtis has a chance to produce quality numbers this year in Philly, but I think low end #2 WR stats is his ceiling. Don’t like Williamson much at all. He has done nothing when given the chance and he has a young QB at the helm this year too. Burleson and Walter are average at best and Allison is a rookie with a few years to go yet. E. Johnson could produce ok stats this year, but still think he is average at best. Olsen is a rookie and I expect him to take a year or two before he becomes a impact player in fantasy. Overall, this group needs help. There is no true #1 WR in this lineup. TJ is the best WR in this group and he would fit better as a #2.
OL: Colts, Eagles, Chiefs, Rams, Ravens, Jaguars,
Grade: D+
Summary: A couple of good teams but the rest are average. Not a lot of depth.
DL: D. Burgess, K Vanden Bosch, R. Geathers, B. McCray, K. Williams, D. Howard, J. Hall, C. Canty
Grade: B-
Summary: Burgess should produce good numbers. Vanden Bosch should be a solid #2 DL. R. Geathers played well last year off the bench. Projected to start this year I see his stats going up. B. McCray quietly puts up good numbers and is a solid DL. The rest of these DLs are just depth. Overall, I see this line being pretty solid all year.
LB: A. Crowell, D. Williams, G. Brackett, D. Jackson, K. Mitchell, J. Beason, L. Marshall, T. Banta Cain, T. Dobbins, A. Barnes
Grade: C+
Summary: A. Crowell will see his stats suffer as he lines up at SLB. D. Williams is hurt and might not be ready for the season. G. Brackett should continue to put up solid #3 LB stats. K. Mitchell might put up some good stats playing WLB for the NYG this year, but still think he peaks as a #3 LB. J, Beason is a rookie who could have a huge impact this year. Starting at WLB for the Carolina automatically projects him to a # 3LB role. If Morgan goes down (which he will), look for Beason to move to the middle and provide solid #2 LB stats this year. The rest of these LBs are depth and rookies that I expect to have little impact at all this year. Overall, this is a group of average LBs. Expect a solid, but average year.
DB: M. Williams, A. Bethea, B. Pollard, D. Grant, B. Pool, M. Roman, O. Atogwe, A. Dyson
Grade: C-
Summary: Madieu is a solid back who should produce low end #1 DB numbers this year. A. Bethea is a good back that can be used as a #4 DB, but don’t see him much higher than that. B. Pollard has potential this year as the starting SS for KC. He could post solid DB #4 numbers and possibly #3 numbers. D. Grant should have a decent year in Seattle. #3 or #4 DB is good fit. B. Pool has a lot of potential as well so he could end up be a solid DB. The rest of these DBs are just depth. Overall, this is a very average lineup. Madieu is the only standout player here. Team needs to find another good starting DB.
OVERALL GRADE: C
SUMMARY: This team has some wholes to fill. It is mostly an average team that will put up a fight from week to week, but will lose more than it wins. I look for them to finish 3rd in the division and miss the playoffs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ACES FULL
QB: P. Manning, V. young, K. Clemens, B. Griese, J. Sorgi
Grade: A
Summary: Manning is the best. No much to say. V. Young is a nice up and coming QB that is a perfect fit as a #2 behind Manning. K. Clemens should get a chance next year but most likely not going to male any kind of impact this year. Griese is a backup and if he ever does see the field, he will be average at best. Sorgi is just insurance. Overall, if you got Manning on your roster your QBs are in good shape. V. Young is a nice #2. Any injury and team could be in trouble though as it currently on rosters 2 starting QBs.
RB: F. Gore, C. Taylor, V. Morency, M. Morris, M. Hicks, G. Wolfe
Grade: D+
Summary: Gore should be a stud this year. C. Taylor will split carries with A. Peterson to start year and most likely be a backup by mid-season. V. Morency will split carries with B. Jackson and could see a decrease in carries as year goes on if B. Jackson starts to emerge. Morris & Hicks are not worthy of being on a roster at this point. Wolfe has potential to see some action in Chicago if there were an injury. More of a future prospect though. Overall, I think this team is in real trouble at RB. F. Gore is the only true starter on this team. Behind him there isn’t much of anything.
WR: A. Boldin, D. Jackson, A. Randle El, S. Holmes, A. Battle, R. Meachem, C. Davis, C. Rogers
TE: J. Witten, M. Lewis, A. Fasano
Grade: C+
Summary: Boldin should be a stud again this year. D. Jackson should produce quality #2 WR stats. Randle El is a spot starter at best. S. Holmes could be in for a breakout year. He had a strong showing last year and should continue to improve. Battle is another spot starter at best. Meachem and Davis have a lot of potential but I think they are a year or two away from having a significant impact. Rogers is not worth being on a roster. Overall, I think Boldin will get his, but the rest of this unit will provide a real average year statistically.
OL: Seahawks, Chiefs, Vikings, Cardinals, Panthers, Titans, Lions, Raiders
Grade: D-
Summary: No elite teams and very few good teams. Team needs a lot of help here.
DL: T. Hali, A. Brown, R. Seymour, M. Patterson, D. Tapp, H. Ngata, V. Wilfork, D. Robertson
Grade: C-
Summary: Hali is a nice young DE. I still don’t see him being a stud in this league though. I expect solid #2 stats out of him. A. Brown will rotate in the Bears defense and that will hurt his stats. Could be traded before season starts and that might not be a bad thing. R. Seymour is an average at best fantasy guy and cannot be counted on to start every week.. The rest of these guys are barley average and will not provide much of an impact this year. D. Tapp does have potential though. Overall, this line is below average. It needs another starting DE to even fill out a good starting lineup.
LB: J. Vilma, EJ Henderson, DJ Williams, G. Ellis, R. Colvin, N. Greisen, M. Okwo
Grade: D+
Summary: Vilma has really struggled in the Jets system and I don’t think he will ever be an elite LB. I would expect #2 numbers at best. Henderson could have a solid year in Minnesota but is far from being a stud player. DJ Williams could have a big year after moving from SLB to MLB. I look for him to put up #2 LB numbers this year. Ellis is coming off an injury and will have to fight to keep his job with A. Spencer. Colvin and Greisen are just depth players. M. Okwo has a chance to produce as a rookie if L. Briggs holds out. Overall, this group is not good. It has 3 LBs that will produce LB #2 numbers if he is lucky. Beyond that, there is not much.
DB: C. Bailey, L. Landry, T. Hill, A. Jones, T. Newman, F. Smoot, M. Trufant, D. Foxworth
Grade: D-
Summary: Bailey is a stud. L. Landry is a rookie that should produce decent numbers this year. Hill is a post starter. Pacman is gone for year. The rest of these guys are just depth players and not every week starters. Overall, this unit has C. Bailey and not much else. Team will need L. Landry to play well in his rookie year just to have another legitimate starter. Team needs a lot of help.
OVERALL GRADE: D
SUMMARY: Only thing that keeps this team from being graded an F is its QB situation. Other than that it needs help at every position. This team will finish last in the division and will not make playoffs.

I like Eternal Ramnation to run away with this division. BayDawgs will put up a fight, but ER is just the better team this year. Look for BayDawgs to make the playoffs though. Cerebrals will win some games but not enough to make the playoffs this year. Too much young talent that is not ready to play yet. Creeping Death will be bringing up the rear yet again with a poor team. Must be nice to have a guaranteed win in your division every year J
The Central division is the strongest overall division in my opinion. Obviously TD has the team to beat. Went 16-1 cause I did not want to get cocky and say 17-0 J TD should walk away with the division again this year and earn a first round bye. Timid Moose and BroncoFan1407 are both pretty close overall in strength. They will battle it out for 2nd place in the division but think both will make the playoffs when all the smoke clears. Foster stripes team will be hurt by the strong teams within the division and will finish at the bottom of the pack.
The south I think is the weakest division this year. CSWS should run away with this and defend his division crown. Should also gain a first round bye based on his final record. J2B is an above average team that should win some games this year, but in the end it won’t be enough to secure a playoff spot. Dark Dragons is below average and will win a few games this year but won’t come close to the playoffs. Aces Full will bring up the rear in this division with a horrible team that needs a lot of work.

In Week 1, I expect a close game between Broncofan1407 and Timid Moose. Its only fitting that they will fight all season against each other for 2nd place and then meet in the first round of the playoffs as well. I have Timid Moose winning the game but I truly think it could go either way. It will be close. In the BayDawgs and Eternal Ramnation match up I see ER winning this but again, I think it could be close. Both of these teams have key players that could be fighting for a playoff spot in the NFL and that could translate into better fantasy stats.
In Week 2, I have ER facing off against CSWS. I think this could be a good match up but in the end I think CSWS will win this one fairly easy. Timid Moose will come to the house of Domination to take a beat down before running home with its tail between its legs. I almost feel sorry for them. J
In the final game we have CSWS against TD in an epic rematch of last year’s big game. This year I don’t see CSWS getting so lucky. At the end of this game the only thing CSWS will be chanting is Can’t Cry Won’t CryJJJJ

It's crazy the amount of time that some of you guys put into your predictions/rankings! Hey, I'm not complaining because it's some interesting reading material while your sitting on the crapper:) No, I'm not saying that I wipe my a$$ with your predictions. For the most part I think the rankings and predictions seem pretty fair. I know I probably shouldn't be agreeing with them since they all have me coming in LAST in my division, but I think we all know that 80% of the teams in all of EFS would finish in last if they were placed in the Lg 64 Central Division. Lucky Me! As several of you pointed out, my only depth is at LB so as the season gets closer I'll probably be looking to make a couple trades and upgrade other areas of my team. I Enjoy reading all the post guys.

If it makes difference I didn't have to put alot of thought into your ranking. Was pretty easy to tell where you would rank. :p :D
