got this Yahoo IM from Grimmett (Noahville) today indicating he would not be returning in 2006-

Gidday Tom. Could you do me a favour please and confirm to EFS that I will not be returning to leagues 3 and 25. I cannot afford the time and money required.

so are all these UFA and RFA transactions really viable now??
