When EFS notes that PS Bidding begins Week 1, what 'specific' date does than mean? Thursday Sept 6 or the beginning of the EFS week? (Which then would be...?) I assume the date of Aug 15th in the rulebook is outdated.

week 1 starts the first monday prior to the first nfl game. aug 15th is wrong. i don't have time to look up what that exact date would be.

Unfortunately, PS bidding starts about the same day that the first injury status updates are performed in EFS. EFS doesn't update injury status until the first roster cut-down (to 75 this year), somewhere around 09/01.
