For 2008 & 2009 duplicate picks, use this formula to figure out who's whose:
01) if one team owns both duplicates for the year, round and pick, then that pick is his
02) if two different teams own the same pick for a year, round and pick, the pick goes to the current owner ID that does NOT match the original owner ID.
If you think about it, when you first receive a pick, the current owner id matches the original owner id. Only when you trade it do they not match.
