waivers should be open when UFA is open -- when a league is fully-activated.

Well in league 3000 there are 3 players on waivers and i can't make a claim to any of them.

Why are waivers not open in lg 3000?

It looks open to me. I got to the point of confirming the selection of the player to make the waiver claim.

One thing that's not fully-apparent and i should eventually add a note to the player detail page -- to make a waiver claim, you need to go to the player detail page and then click on the player's name (again) to make a waiver claim.

Ok, sorry i figured it out, just seems more complicated then i remember
