Starting up

Is there a for sure date when leagues that are not currently filled starts up? The reason I ask is that I have a vacation coming up in two weeks.Will have hard time getting to comp.

EFS will begin assigning foster parents this week to leagues that are not filled. Fosters will be assigned to the leagues with the lowest # of unpaid teams first. Don't know where your league falls in that category but the goal is to have everyone up within the next two weeks, assuming there are enough foster parent volunteers.
