Anybody know when efs is going to assign Foster owners so we cant start our season?

No... but I know Mike (Bills&Bones) wrote me to say that he was following up with Keith Boyle in an email on filling the orphaned owners. I think that was about a couple weeks ago.
I haven't heard anything since then.
