Wasn't sure if this should be for qss guy or general....First,when are rookie positions initially assigned...Second,when are the vets and rookies positions finalized for the 2010 season.I am asking this now as it effects drafting amongst other issues...thanks

rookies will be assigned their reported positions as posted during the NFL draft. If there is a change it will appear during the off-season. Players that were tweeners were dependent on which team drafted them. EFS will continue to review the position updates throughout the off-season and will have all positions updated for teh 2010 season by week 1 of the EFS calendar. Vet positional changes will also be reviewed and updated during this same time period.

Just to make sure i'm clear, all players will be given final positions prior to week 1 games and those will be their positions for the entire season...i.e.,unlike some previous years they will not be changed after the week 1 games?...Thanks

that is correct. We will get everything finalized prior to week 1. That is how it was this past season as well. It caused too much confusion with starters being set then changing positions during the week 1-2 time frame.
