new current/all picks pages

i unexpectedly had a good chunk of time today so i was able to pump out the new current picks and all picks pages. i've added "trade markers" for picks involved in a current trade. let me know if you see any problems.

the current picks page doesn't display the projected pick salaries. i've sent an email out to Stan on how he calculates this.
