The last copy of the rules I have (2008) says that P.S. bidding begins around 8/15.Is that still roughly applicable?

I believe PS bidding starts week 1 of NFL season. "end of EFS offseason"

Would that be at the beginning of week 1,or after the games have been played?

I believe its the monday of the first week. So when the first game is played sept 9th, we can start bidding on Sept 6th. Which is Sept 5th 7pm EST for people in that time zone
