Looking to start new 16-team EE league

I am interested in starting a new 16-team EE league from veteran draft. This would be a regular $75 league not a pay out league. Looking for anyone interested in starting a new league, preferably owners who want to stay for a long time to come. Not to crazy about leagues that have a lot of owner turnover. Wanted to gage interest out there. I know it's getting a bit late but it would be great to be able to get it going this year still.

I was just able to get into a new league as the 16th owner so I am no longer looking for one. I'm sure more owners wanting to start a league from scratch will come along. Good luck to you.
