Guess this is a question for the rfl'ers,altho if anyone else knows thats cool...If I resigned my franchise player after rfa was done it does not now indicate him now as a franchise player.Is he no longer my franchise player?

You are correct, your franchise tag is now free to be used again. Although most owners will probably wait until right before RFA is set to begin next year to designate a new franchise tag.
