Hey Guys,

I know it's been 3 weeks but just want you to know that as usual and again, EFS has been notified of a scoring change/error and has pretty much ignored it. Now, I don't know if this would have put me over the top against MM but it would have made it very close. EFS was notified by 3 separate people of KGB getting credited with another sack but ignored it. It was posted in the correct forum by TC and myself.
EFS really needs to get their shit together. I know we don't pay for this league directly, but this is getting ridiculous.

Very frustrating.A couple of us have had different issues that either never got fixed or took weeks and mucho posts.I know our commish has tried to help a couple of times and it now seems like that doesn't help. The most frustrating thing,to me,is not even getting an answer. At least if someone said that they were overwhelmed and didn't have staff or something you'd know someone out there gave a crap.

The main person knowledgeable enough to fix this is Stan. Stan had health problems AND has been overwhelmed by other EFS issues. This has been documented in multiple threads.

P,
I appreciate the fact that Stan has health problems and that has not been overlooked, at least by me. The problem a lot of us have is that, unless Stan has had health problems for the last 3 years, this has been a major problem over and over again. There is obviously a problem, whether it's the code you're using or you just don't have enough people to handle the work load. Either way, people are paying for a service and you just aren't providing it.
And it gets compounded when people's posts are ignored or responded to with sarcasm or excuses.

Not an excuse but a reality:

efs has actually operated at a loss over the last 3 years. (Stan, correct me if i'm wrong.) Real jobs provide us with our means to live. You an call that an excuse, but i call it reality. I'd love for efs to "go big" and work full-time on this, but that's not the case. We work on efs when we have time, hoping that it'll eventually grow.

In cases like this, Stan often says "if you don't like it, i'll give you your $ back and you can play on yahoo" or whatever. His tact is lacking, but the basic message is, we have the best product out there, with the only personal customer support out there i know of (not that it's the best customer support), if we make any $ off of this it's a grain of sand compared to our real jobs and we have a small allotted time (or less as of late) outside of our real jobs to work on this and sarcasm like "unless Stan has had health problems for the last 3 years" doesn't help. (And he just might've had health problems for the last 3 years -- i have since i was born.) Our sarcasm probably feeds customer frustration which probably feeds more sarcasm which as a whole doesn't help at all.

Yes, some problems have taken longer to fix than normal. Outside of Stan's health problems, i'm not sure QSSGuy is regularly visiting the site or if he has any opportunity to help. I have held back in fixing stats and other player-type of changes, because anything i can do has a good probability of being overwritten, as Bryan has expressed. Based on experience, even though some things have been broken a little longer than usual, Stan will fix it. He stands by his work so things will eventually work out.

EFS has done a fine job, especially with problems that are larger than a hic up, I would recommend this service to anyone. Best wishes to Stan. I hope we can all help EFS grow. Maybe a High Stakes EFS is in order....how great would that be?
