The EFS regular season is halfway over. We have a few surprises so far. Three of last year's playoff teams are on the outside looking in at Thunderwolves, Soggy Bottom Boys and Lost and Found (the first ever L666 champ). A ton of NFL injuries and skewed performances have taken their toll, along with difficult salary and contract cap problems. How will the second half play out?
W.S.D.M. @ ^mephistopheles rebellion 666^
W.S.D.M. comes in off a divisional loss at 4-5 needing to win now before the playoff leaders cement their standing. He'll be without Kelly Gregg, Bart Scott and Tatupu, while mephisto has LDT back but will be missing a couple corners, his top 2 safeties, Ray Lewis and 3 receivers (not that they're helping anyway).
Thunderwolves @ Lost and Found...some Help
A battle of division leaders who at this point last season were probably thinking a bit to the next. Only 2 AVG PPG separate these leaders. Thunderwolves will be without both DTs, Gurode, Marion III and T.O. Lost and Found loses DeAngelo (with good depth) and still without any viable receiver besides Dallas Clark unless Hagan can come through.
Liberty Vultures @ ZDevil
ZDevil is back looking to overcome an early trouble stretch and win out the rest of the year, just like 2006. Z's out a couple safeties, his top 2 DE, his top DT, Cowboy OT, Gonzo, Mason, has to rely on Derek Anderson and has to hope the Bengal RB is picked out in advance. Liberty lost Ronnie Brown in week 7 and will also miss a couple corners, Adrian Wilson, Edge and Anquan to the BYE. This one has playoff seed tiebreaker written all over it.
