As assumed, the playoff picture is basically set after week 12. The division winners are Thunderwolves, mephisto, Lost and Found...some Help! and ZDevil. Based on Omen winning head-to-head against both Liberty and Legend, AND his big AVG PPG lead on Legend, the Omen has won one of the wildcard spots.

W.S.D.M. was eliminated this week. Also, given Liberty's huge AVG PPG, Soggy Bottom Boys and Marauders 666 has been eliminated as well. That leaves Liberty Vultures and Legend, both at 10-7.

The only other thing on the line is the seeding between #s 2 and 4. ZDevil has locked seed #1.

Now, here are the week 13 matchups.

Rooting Rebels @ Liberty Vultures

Liberty owns the tiebreaker over Legend, so if Larry wins, he's in.

Legend @ ZDevil

Legend needs to overcome the monolith that is ZDevil -and- receive an impossible gift from the Rebels in order to squeak in.

Thunderwolves @ The Omen

If the Thunderwolves beat the Omen or if mephisto loses against a win-streaking Warlord Phantoms, then he's seed #2. mephisto owns the head-to-head tiebreaker. An Omen win gives him seed #5; a loss and 3-way tie with Liberty & Legend would probably give him seed #6 instead.

Even though I beat both of them head to head? I am too lazy to look up the tie breaker rules. I assumed it's head to head first. Even if its a 3 way tie. But I could be wrong.

Not looking good for me.
Just couldn't overcome the loss off Terry Glenn, Marvin Harrison and Javon Walker. Just to many at one position.

in 3-way tie, head-to-head is meaningless. in that case, AVG PPG is next.

Here are the results.

Rooting Rebels @ Liberty Vultures

Liberty controversially won by 15 over a Rebels team which started 4 guys that almost certainly weren't going to play. Liberty takes seed #6.

Legend @ ZDevil

However, Legend lost by 70-ish to ZDevil so it didn't matter whether Liberty won or lost. Z goes in to the playoffs with a 15 game winning streak (besting last year's 14 game reg season closing WS).

Thunderwolves @ The Omen

The Omen beat Thunderwolves by 60 to cement his seed #5, allowing mephisto to take seed #2 with his win. Thunderwolves has seed #3.
