L33 Tanking issue

I am formally requesting a EFS COURT hearing on the tanking issue in L33. I have made SID and Keith Boyle aware of it, and Bryon Brand is also requesting a hearing. Please advise next step.

I fully accept your ruling. I would now like to know the punishment given to Team Spartans for his '02 and '04 "tanking" infractions.

I would assume the punishment would be more severe considering multiple seasons/weeks were involved. I look forward to your fair ruling. Please keep in mind...a murder committed in 1967, as opposed to 2007, is still a murder.

the #2 pick will be moved to #8 and all other picks moved up

I was curious to know if that decision to drop the #2 pick into the #8 hole, while moving the teams in between up one spot each, would be applied for the first round only or for each round of the entire draft.
