Renewal/New Owner Timing

In EFS 13, which I commission, we'll have at least one owner that will not be returning to his team. We already have an owner ready to take over the team but I'm unclear as to how the timing works.

From what I understand, existing owners have a certain window of time in which they can renew and new owners can't take over their team. In other words, this new owner will have to buy the team at a later date, not today.

Is that correct, and if so, what is the date when the new owners will have the ability to buy teams?

If this departing owner is not in the playoffs, I would want this new owner to take ownership ASAP. This will allow this new owner the chance to make ajdustments this year before we roll the cap penalties come January.

What I need to know is the current & new owners CID. If the new owner does not have a CID yet, all I need is a valid email and I'll set one up.

I'm currently on vacation in Florida, and I have a wedding to attend Saturday but I should be able to set something up over the weekend.

I sent you a PM with the necessary information. Please let me know if you're not able to get it. I'd like to get the new owner in there before January 1 so that he has an opportunity to make some adjustments before the new EFS year turns over.
