new current/weekly scores

The oldcurrent and weekly scores pages have been replaced. A couple extra columns were added to the current scores page. They're both relatively slow and i will use a modification by Stan to speed them up in the near future.

it's been so long, i can't remember now. probably the speed improvement has yet to be installed. i have a LOT of modifications yet to test. my ability to test is currently hindered, so i don't know when the speed improvement will be installed.
