To all prize winners.... Remember...
In order to receive your winnings ALL your teams must be paid up. If not your winnings will be applied to your unpaid teams AND you will be placed on the orphans list. You must pay up, get your check and buy your wife/SO a nice night out. We WILL NOT apply winnings toward other teams!
All checks that are clear (meaning no unpaid teams) will go out by January 15th.
Anyone who wishes to bitch, read the purchase disclaimer. You MUST be paid up to get your check... PERIOD.

NO, Please do NOT! You just have to pay up on any other leagues where you DID NOT WIN.
IF you won your league, we will credit you for next year. DO NOT PAY IF YOU WON! Only pay up for leagues where you were out of the top 2 assuming you're in our standard leagues, every one else. pay up!

I am in league 15, this is our first year as a league and my first full year as an owner. I was lucky enough to make it to the super bowl. Are we considered a standard league? Our teams cost $125 per year of which I think half goes to pay efs and the other half for payouts. The commish said second place gets $250. Does that mean my entry fee paid for and $250?

I will have to take a look, we will close the year next week audit the payout schedules and hope to cut checks by the 15th. Whether you are standard or not depends on how the payout is set up. I will let you know.
There have been many request to "move my winnings" to another league or I paid early just move my prepay to another league, etc.
The problem is we must keep the "escrow" monies separate from operating funds. We are obligated by accounting rules to keep the prize money out of operating expense money. If we do not, the IRS could tax the escrow accounts. SO, when you ask us to move money from the escrow accounts to operating (i.e. just "move the money from prize to operating") We could get in deep crap. SO....
IF you have over paid, please request a refund, and pay for you under payed teams. I hope you all understand, we cannot just flip money from escrow to operating at will.
I really don't want to be looking from the inside of Ft. Levenworth to the outside because of accounting.

I paid for 2008 BEFORE I won passage to the Super Bowl (and lost), not thinking I would get there. How do you request a refund?

Can't my 2007 "winnings" be applied to my account for the 2008 season and my payment applied to the 2009 season? I'd be fine with that

Yes, we can credit you for 2009 instead of a refund, if that is what you want to do please confirm and I will do it!
A FULL credit for an extra year is fine, Not trying to steal your money, just if you want a refund, gota cover Visa's cut.

I didn't think you were trying to steal my money! The CC charges they level against merchants is BS.
I'd prefer to have my team extended another year, through 2009, rather than a refund. League 25 ain't getting rid of me THAT easy!

I was curious as to when our teams will be marked paid for the following year if we were in our Super Bowl. I was in the Super Bowl in League 31 and I'm now locked out of the league. I just dont want the team to be lost.

All SB participants have been given credits for 2008, in some cases 2009 since they were already paid for 2008, and in one case, 2010, since one team was already paid through 2009!

I have a question about this scenario. I accidently paid last season before I realized I got a free season for winning the superbowl. They told me that since I did this they would just credit me for 08. Well, now I won again. I promise not to pay this year. But my question is if this is being tracked because this means I should be credited for 09 now. Can someone confirm that this is the record for me. Thanks. I am Black Bears(id 542) of league32.

They did that same thing for me. You could either have your 2009 fee paid for or request your winnings
You can check this yourself.....
1) Log into your team
2) Click on "Team", then "Owner Master"
3) Look at the paid thru -> You are through 2009

Maybe you can help me on another navigating question... I would like to look back at last year's draft to see who drafted who and who did well in the draft. But when I click on draft(either all picks or current) it only shows me this year's(which hasn't happened yet). So is this information available somewhere? Thanks in advance.

Not in EFS draft order, but => Find Player by Type. Type = Rookies, Sort = Draft Position, Status = ALL.
