League 13 - Player Change Request

This is a request -

In league 13 we just completed our veteran draft. The last player selected was Fabian Washington, CB, OAK. This was a selection by timeout due to an unavoidable emergency detraction.

Since it was the last pick in the draft and the UFA hasn't started yet the league feels it's ok to let him change out for the player he wanted which is Phil Dawson, K, CLE. If this is at all possible to retroactively change, please do so.

I can do this tonight. To help speed things up, please provide me with the following data:

1. Customer ID (CID) of the owner's team in question.

2. This teams Owner ID (OID).

3. Player ID (PID) for Fabian Washington and Phil Dawson.

Once I have this info, I can make the switch.
