We have only ONE team left unclaimed in this league before we can get started in '08!

Looks like he visited the site yesterday, but is still unpaid. Anybody know his status for this year? Is he holding out for a new contract?

This is a fairly decent team that had a down year but still has all its '08 picks (#3), as well as '09 and '10, so it's not like it's a beat down dog or anything like that. SOMEBODY needs to get this team going!

We have quite a number of trades agreed to that need to happen before we hit RFA, so it would be nice to go ahead and fill this league up soon!

there is a guy on the fostering list who requested this team so perhaps he will get it and we will be off and running for 08 season!!

Nope. They usually take it down for updates or to correct some issues that would in turn help EFS. It was supposed to be just a couple hours, but my "couple" might be different than someone elses :p

Yup, you read that right. Even ran a collecting/trading site until the owner of the site got stupid and just shut the site down for no reason, left everyone (over 5,000 collectors) out in the cold. Once you see 4-5 years of hard work just disappear, it's like a punch in the gut.

Plus, Jarrett is semi-retired this year, Sadler left Robert Yates Racing and Robert himself retired. Kinda lost interest in racing in general, getting too commercial, too big. I still hit the local apshalt tracks regularly, now THAT is racin'!

I've slacked off collecting quite a bit over the last year or so, but still have over 40,000 or so racing cards. Gordon's RC, 1991 Traks #1, books at $25 today. Last count I had 14 of those, but always looking for more, even though I'm not any kind of fan of his.
