Keith Brooking started last night at IB for the Falcons. The nfl gamebook reflects that. Shouldn't he be changed to an IB for the remaineder of the season.

No, his position is where ourlads lists him and thats at OLB. He only is playing there temporarily until Hartwell comes back. The "official" ruling is determined by ourlads and sites like that.

This change needs to appear on Ourlads for it to happen at EFS. I checked w/ Stan and the gamebook does not count as an official depth chart for EFS.
