Whats goin on in 3006? Is everybody too involved with their 35 different fantasy teams to throw some posts? I know we have the usual 5-6 guys that virtually never make a squeak here, but lets hear from some of us that still have a pulse.Mountains...we haven't heard any trash from you lately, you all right? What about our defending champs,I know you guys have at least 100 teams in various leagues, but lets hear some of your always well-received league analysis. Slapper...you slapped me opening day for the 2nd year in a row, congrats.Did you ever get credit for all your points? A.J.,...fellow survivor of jungle league27 2:00a.m. draft...is this the year you ascend to the throne on 3006? WWC,looks like you're not a rookie any more here, your looking pretty solid to me.Superpion,I know we won't hear from John, but it took all my firepower to beat him last week,I think he lost our h-t-h with the 2nd highest weekly point total of anyone.Okay, thats my wakeup call fellows, blink twice if still breathing.

Well, we're still here...looking forward to a week 3 match-up with Sol D., should be entertaining, with both teams off to decent starts. We shouldn't be hearing anything from MM too soon, as he recently found out that, if we're "queerboys", at least we're on top, and he's still trying to remove the mouthful of pillow he bit this past weekend!!! In the meantime, I still can't imagine that, in a league with scores in the 3,4, 500's, that we tied again. It is quite an effort to stay active in about 50 different leagues, but we're trying.

Alright Alvin, you asked for it so here it is. Random BS that you may or may not find interesting.

First off, my team in the WCOFF is sucking so I've been in a two week long funk. No end in sight since my 1st pick was Lamont Jordan. But, at least my team in the WCOFF Draft Masters is looking very, very strong and my team in the Jungle is sitting in 24th overall. And where are the rest of you guys in the Jungle? I don't see any recognizable names near the top? Come on guys, pick up the pace.

Regarding EFS, I still can't believe we tied the Beermen in week 1. Shit, that might make the difference between making and not making the playoffs.

Charlotte49ers might just very well be the team to beat with his 467 ppg ave.

On the flipside, Motown might end up in last place since his only QB is Plummer; his best DE (Kearse) just went on IR; he has only 2 starting OB's; he has only 49 active players; and has only 1/2 of a Million left in salary.

Superpions is back from the dead but lost to Charlotter49ers by 57 after scoring 496. Ouch.

Beermen is looking very strong but has only a few starting OB's and a thin, banged up WR corp. Those weaknesses could be his un-doing. Also, with his cadre of RB's in Julius Jones, Marion Barber, Addai, and Mike Bell, he must be pulling his hair out trying to figure out which one to start. And, since he has 0 contract years left it'll be real interesting watching him try to fill his holes. :D

And my old buddy Sol Diablos must be a little steamed right now. We took a double header from him last week, winning in 3002 and 3006  . I think that happened last year, too.

And, oh yeah, I just remembered that when we grabbed Reggie Williams off the waiver wire we took some shit because of his $2.4M salarly and propsects of being a backup. Check him out. 15ppg baby! He's available for a 2nd rounder if anyone is looking for a stud in the making.

And speaking of the guy who dropped Williams, how in the world did you rack up $36M in penalities Michigan Mountains? The funny thing is that despite that, your team still looks very good. Weird.

Anyhow, that's all I have for now. Guess I better turn my attention to the WCOFF and try to find some FA diamond in the rough. Yeah, right. :(

The Slappers are here. Just reeling a bit. Though we are 2-0 here, the PPG is not very high. Week one we should have been over 400pts but like an idiot, I started 3 OT's, none of which were out of position. That being said, the EFS programming didn't catch it so I lost 23pts from Lewienski. As luck would have it The Slappers still won by 2pts.

The Slappers also started out horribly in week 1 in The Jungle. We have a MONSTER team but just didn't hit the matchups. Bounced back in Week 2 and we are tied for 3rd in League 5.

The Slappers are also in a WCOFF Satellite and what I thought was a good team has quickly shit the bed. 2nd from last after two weeks. HATED drafting from the 5th spot and it is showing.

Fantasy baseball is coming to a disappointing end ( I led my two Yahoo $$ leagues from April to September then gagged down the stretch) so now it is time to focus on football. This used to be the last fantasy sports team that I would check on each day but now it is one of my favorites. Of course, if the Beermenand Senior Peepee would quit bidding on my PS players I could skip a day here or there.;)BTW Beermen, thanks for outbidding me on Charles Spencer, his broken leg eases the pain of Willie Loaf retiring a year early - bastard!

Over in the Jungle you can find my team at the top of League 24 and lucky #13 in the overall standings. That is a joint venture with my younger brother Dan,thus the 'Farrell Football Factory' moniker. We drafted out of the 11th hole and were very happy to select Peyton Manning. We raise a glass of beer daily and salute his continued good health!

Today my team went sack happy against the "Queermen". Ihave not looked at how they scored butI appear to be spanking their taut little buttocks all over their home field....Sugar DaddyStadium. It looks like you guys in Man Town also dabble as a bottom.

I posted something "not boring" in the Week 1 thread and it received no love (except Mike).

From Week 1 thread:

The Gay Bowl (not that there is anything wrong with that!)

The Team names should be changed and the headline in this morningsnewspaper shouldread:

The Rear F***ing Lovers and the Queermen played to an epic 409 tie

San Francisco AP - It was a forceful, rough, encounter between two factions of men covered with sweat and eager to beat each other senseless all day long. Both teams got their Tightends engaged in the action early. The Splitend position undeniably was a huge, no a massive, make that a colossal piece in the outcome of this epic struggle. It was a collision involving two squads that take pleasure in, and perpetually flex their muscle when they meet up.

The Queermen jumped on top of the RFLovers early and often Sunday. The Queermen had a firm grip on the lead going into Monday night. That is until the RFLovers found a rhythm in their final drive. With time running out the RFLovers began to penetrate the hole. The down linemen, the backers, not even the safety could stop the Splitend for the RFLovers. Finally late Monday night as we approached midnight on the east coast the RFLovers became unrelenting and drove deep into the Queermen’s end. In the end the RFLovers were aggressive enough to get their ball in the Queermen's endzone as the final tick came off the clock!

In a strange coincidence both teams fullbacks obtained identical injuries…initial reports from the Bay area inform us both have sadistic groin damage. In the season opener both teams really sought to come out on top, butt it was fitting that they ended all tied up.

From a fans point of view the game was fabu, with both sides taking part in a Fantastik marathon Gay Bowl.

Hey hey, I now see several familiar names near the top of the Jungle leaderboard. Michigan Mountains zoomed up to 25th, Piontek has one team in 40th and another in 63rd, and Sol Diablos is in 56th. Wicked Wrecking crew dipped down around 100 but still has 3 players going tonight and probably will move quite a way back up.

I was very pleased my team made up some ground with LJ on the bench!

I noticed my other team at 137 followed by... 138 Professor Pigskin, 139 Charlotte 49ers

not a good week for Kinnick Pride in the Jungle. Great days from Favre and Kasay, and even Ron Dayne was a good BYE week fill in for LJ, but Stallworth was a late scratch (and I was on the road all weekend), Burress did squat, and Shanahan decided that this was the week Tatum Bell was going to be the primary ballcarrier (I have Mike). I'll be just below .500 in my league after this week. Need something to happen.

On a somewhat different note...I noticed 1 of our teams had to make the very difficult decision to go thru week 3,basically without a qb.Had to be a difficult decision for BK,but probably beat getting raped by 1 of us in a trade, assuming there was no other starting qb on the scrapheap. Still tough to be within 20 or so and have no qb..Condolences BK

The Slappers, of course, decided to play Mike Furrey instead of TJ Housyourmomma as a "SAFE" play. I'm sure you guys know the outcome of that.

The ridiculous part is I didn't even know that Bledsoe and Green were off the same week or I would have made a move weeks ago. For whatever reason I thought Dallas was off week 8 and I would have Green healthy by then. The only good part out of that whole fiasco is I scored 43 points on Monday night and squeaked out a 5 point win.
