The matchups to watch in the first double-game week of the season:

Sic Sic Sic um dogs @ The Legend

Well lookee here, Sic Um is tied for first place in his division. Unfortunately, he plays the part of a sprightly, malnutritioned david to the Legend's undefeated behemoth goliath. Of all teams in first place record-wise, the Legend easily has the best ppg with 472, and Sic Um has the least with 359. Blow out? Probably. But the Legend sees BYEs from his top safety, outside linebacker, runningback and tight end along with javon walker and cooper carlisle sitting.

Liberty Vultures @ You Gotta Love It

A divisional doormat from 2005, You Gotta Love It is no pushover this year, 6th in scoring posting 465 points last week. He takes on 2 of the 3 undefeated teams in week 4 (he already lost to Legend), the biggest opponent easily being Liberty Vultures. Liberty's only significant BYE is plaxico, whereas You Gotta Love It says bye to jermaine phillips. This could be tight.

Rooting Rebels @ The Omen

They are #3 and #4 respectively in scoring so far. The Omen won easily to retain his divisional lead while the Rebels lost by TWO LOUSY POINTS. (Key an eye out for scoring corrections.) He'll try to retrack without a number of BYE week guys, including 3 good DBs, tiki, 3 tackles and 2 WRs. The Omen will need to rely on Damon Huard.

The Omen could be without reggie wayne.

It was a wild week 4, causing quite a stir in our league, leveling the playing field a bit.

Sic Sic Sic um dogs @ The Legend

The Legend ACTUALLY LOST this week in an off-week for him, only scoring 367 points. However, 372 (w/homefield) was enough to beat a lackluster 319 score from Sic Um. Legend is now 4-1.

Liberty Vultures @ You Gotta Love It

Donovan McNabb. You can't keep a brotha down. You can try to fumble his team's scores away but you can't hold him down forever. You Gotta Love It beat both myself and Liberty this week on a usual high scoring McNabb performance, this time against the pack, knocking off the last 2 of the "undefeateds".

Rooting Rebels @ The Omen

Well this one wasn't close, Omen winning 454-330, now the #1 PPG team in the league (434avg) ahead of W.S.D.M. (433) and the Legend (431). His OL & Jeff Wilkins led a mostly balanced scoring performance.
