Just a couple of quick observations...

Superpions...3 different guys over 53 points...touching.

MM...What's up with the O-Line? Very entertaining approach...great result. Looks like you may be in big trouble though.

Gordon...big week, especially with 4 guys under 10 pts...including a zero.

Finally, in what is certainly among our worst weeks since we started, and 7 guys under 10 points, we're hoping for enough out of Rocky Bernard to hold off WWC with Deion Branch and Kirk Morrison for an ugly win.

BTW...anyone who needs an IB shoot us an e-mail...serious inquiries only.

what a huge letdown! I had a golden opportunity to beat up on the Beermen and take control of the division but the WWC choked it away. Tom Brady's 4 INTs on Sunday night cost me the victory. Last week he scored 51 points, this week he comes up with -2 (MINUS 2 for crying out loud!) I guess an assist can go out to the Oakland Raiders "turnstile" offensive linefor allowing R.Bernard to score 24 points even though he was OOP. How can an OL coached by Jackie Slater, Irv Eatmon & Art Shell be so friggin' BAD!

Anyway, I've got a couple of guys someone might be interested in. Both starters, one better than the other. Chad Clifton (OT) GB Packers and A.Weaver (DE) H.Texans

I'm primarily interested in draft choices in return.

Wow, WWC, what a heartbreaker, losing to Beermen 350 to 372 after getting 0 from Grady Jackson and -2 from Brady. If you had beaten the sudsboys you'd be leading the div - - instead you're now in 3rd place in the div with a 1-3 div record. You need a nice, steady run to make the playoffs now.

And speaking of Grady Jackson, just this morning my 8-yr old asked out of the blue "is Grady Jackson still playing?" Well, I guess the answer is "no."

Speaking of players that might be available for trade...I am going to trade 1 of my superlative cast of starting OLB'S,and possibly,1 of my starting OT'S,all of whom are prime(I think). If one of these primo players can help put you over the top and into the playoffs e-mail me with ideas. It's first come first serve.I will consider players,and/or draft choices.Unless you're willing to give equal value, don't waste our time.If you are, let's get it on!

Technically correct gentlemen.I' Gordon am the owner of the Charlotte 49ers,but the spirit of Alvin...my late beloved gerbil who lived way beyond all expectations is always with our team.He is presently entombed in a beautiful cigar box, deep inside my backyard, but advises me regularly on who to start/sit.Of course,Alvin(or Alvins spirit) has final approval on all trades!!!!;)

As were Theodore and Simon, clearly the board needs something exciting to discuss, before rodents dominate our discussions.Good luck to all in this weekends big games, lots of spots up for grabs.

Gordon,

I just hope your late, beloved Gerbil did not suffer the same fate as Richard Gere's gerbil.

Actually, it wasn't the Gerbil that I was wondering about.
