Lineup Entry Problem - Can EFS track?

Team 10 says they tried to put in Antonio Bryant last night at approximately midnight in place of TJ Housh. It didn't go through and they didn't realize it until today. Is there anyway for EFS to track this to see if it was just a computer glitch?
